| At the recommendation of a friend, I took my mom, and three of her siblings --- ages 50+ --- my husband, and my 2 year old daughter. Everyone loved it. Although it was a warm day, once on the boat, there was plenty of shaded areas and a cool breeze once in motion. What my mom really like about it was that the tour was narrated live (versus a previously recorded tape).
There was quite a line on Memorial Day weekend --- not sure whether tickets normally sell out, but we were glad to have purchased in advance.
There was also a great little restaurant overlooking the lake, which was great given that there was nothing else after Goldfield Ghost Town to eat. It was a very windy road getting there, but very scenic! |

| I've been on many tours like this one around the country. This was just an average tour. Nothing extra special about it to put it over the top. The steamship was clean and the workers were friendly. The information narrated was the usual about flora and fauna. Some of the rocks that were supposed to look like animals or people were a pretty far stretch of the imagination. The animals that might have been seen were not. We did see something that may have been a rocky moutain sheep, but it was too far away to see horns so may have been a deer. No bald eagles were spotted. The tour lasted the appropriate length of time. |

| The cruise was good for the first 30 minutes. The main narrator did not provide much information other than rock formation looking like.....
The crew mates did not know their Canyon Lake history.
Sorry - I can't recommend the Dolly Steamboat Tour. |

| We found it beneficial to purchase tickets on line and arriving early (1 hr), it saved waiting time. Cruise started on time. Received much information on flora and fauna very interesting and detailed. We both found it very interesting and will probably do it again, we're thinking of the dinner cruise but will have to wait a bit. |

| I highly Recommend this trip.
We stopped at Goldfield Ghost Mine for the morning. Really neat place, cool building and facts, and currently expanding. Then went to Tortilla flatts for lunch, had some really unique and good food. The the boat tour, it really made me miss going to the lake. When I was young, my family used to make regular trips to the lake. Since I have gotten older and started working, I haven't gone in years. This boat trip has made me want to become a regular and currently we are looking at purchasing some Wave Runners.
Highly recommend doing this tour. Real good price for such an amazing experience. I recommend wearing you swim suit and sunbathing on the upper rear deck while watching and learning all about canyon lake, Real amazing. We are defiantly going to be regulars on this trip. By the way, were from Tucson, AZ. |

| Loved all the info on the lake, had no idea it was so big. I loved how the boat was laid out so you could really see all over the lake.
Cant wait to take relatives when they come visit |

| i was impressed by the beauty of canyon lake, the staff on board exceptionatly friendly and welcoming. I would have like to hear more on the indiginous significance of the lake. and maybe a change of music. otherwise i really enjoyed the cruise and will return to show a friend.

| I treated a friend to a birthday trip. She loved it. She found the time at Canyon Lake so relaxing, she fell asleep in the car on our trip back to Scottsdale. We had a very nice lunch at Tortilla Flat, saw a few of the local sights, and then had to return to the Valley. The weather was nice - the rain held off until we started back. It was great to feel the rain and the cooler weather!
