I called Zerve to reserve tickets for the afternoon Dolly Steamboat ride last weekend. We had visitors over the weekend and heard great things about the cruise on Canyon Lake, so we decided to add it to our to-do list. A friendly representative answered the phone immediately and was able to assist me with my reservation without putting me on hold or any other interruptions. He provided me with additional details and asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and helpful and I will definitely call Zerve again to reserve tickets.
The drive to Canyon lake provided a beautiful view of the Arizona desert. We had no problem finding the location. We were pleased with the entire setup and began snapping pictures right away. When we arrived, we stood in a line that moved quickly and we were in the shade. Boarding went quickly and we were able to choose whether we wanted to sit outside in the sun or inside the spacious cabin surrounded by windows. Snacks and souvenirs were available on board and the crew was very friendly. Our group was very impressed. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing, informative cruise experience and we will definitely return with visitors in the future!! |

Canyon Lake is so beautiful. The cruise was informative, relaxing and fun. Captain TOM was entertaining, efficient and made the experience very enjoyable. I thought my 10 year old might be bored, but she thouroughly enjoyed the cruise as much as my husband and I. We've already recommended it to several friends, it's a great way to spend the afternoon. Thank you. |

Our mini-vacation to the Phoenix area from our Tucson-area home was highlighted by our cruise on the Dolly Steamboat on Canyon Lake. The Superstition Mountains are just incredible - they rival the Grand Canyon! Our narrated cruise was excellent; it taught us information about the area and gave us a chance to experience the rocks up close! Of course the sighting of bighorn sheep was pretty unique also. I would highly recommend this as a "must-do" as you travel the Apache Trail through the mountains. |

I like the boat ride as it was both relaxing and beautiful but for what you got the price could be a little lower. |

We thoroughly enjoyed this boat ride on Canyon Lake. The ship engines were quiet which allowed everyone to soak up the calm and serernity of the surroundings. The captain did a good job selecting music to enhance the mood. Gliding right up next to high cliffs was a perspective that couldn't be experienced any other way. Unfortunately, we didn't see any wildlife, but the captain was adept at pointing out other features of interest. I might have liked a bit more narrative about the history of the area since we are newcomers to Arizona, but would recommend this trip to all ages. |

When visiting the Phoenix area, you have to stop at Canyon Lakes and take the Dolly's Steamboat tour. It's the best and will give you a glimpse of Arizona (Grand Canyon) up close and personal. |

family here from seattle and minn./st paul visiting we live her year around. it was our first time on the boat. it was scenic, well narriated, boat was clean , well equipted. breath taking views. saw 13 long horn mountain sheep. hightly recomended for any age, and handicaped people were welcomed. people very friendly. recomend you take a jacket if you get cold easily. great time with our family. thanks so much !!!!!!!

The crew was very knowlegable. What more can you say when the view is spectacular. It really is the Mini Grand Canyon. |
