| I was pleasantly surprised that meal was as good as what it was. The service from boarding al the way through to the narration (Capt TOM) and DR. Sky was first class. This was well worth the value for the family. We will do this again! | ||||||

| I did not like the fact that the tickets were non refundable but could only be exchanged for a cruise on a different day even if the cruise was cancelled by the operators. This option would not have worked for out of town guests here for a limited time period. I booked the cruise two to three weeks ahead and was quite nervous the day before the cruise when I learnt that the cruise had not gone on the previous 3 Fridays although they had shown available at the website. I called the Zerve phone number and they were able to verify the cruise was 1/2 full and would be going although when I booked they could only tell me there were people booked but couldn't tell me how many!!!!! Having said all that I was pleasantly surprised at the upgraded Dolly. It had been many years since I had taken the cruise. The crew were professional, the boat comfortable, the narration and music appropriate and pleasant. It was a relaxing experience that I would recommend. We had booked the only 10am cruise for July. The noon cruise which showed available every Friday in July would have been too uncomfortable in July in Arizona in my opinion so I am not sure why there was only one 10am cruise available in July. | ||||||

| My 10 year old Granddaughter was visiting from S. California. We were looking for someplace to take her that did not involve spending a lot for gas to get there. After searching the internet we came up with the Dolly Steamboat. The Dolly Steamboat was the perfect solution. All three of us really did enjoy the day. The narration was interesting. The boat was comfortable, and the scenery was fabulous. We plan to do it again. | ||||||

| It was a beautiful senic tour of the canyon. - just perfect! Our 15 yr old granddaughters said it was the most fun thing we did on our vacation. Being from Ohio, it seemed strange driving up the mountain to find a big lake with lots of boaters! Also, good food while waiting for our ride! | ||||||

| We thouroughly enjoyed the trip. Whenever people come to visit from out of town we always take them on the dolly. I highly recommend it to everyone. It was more enjoyable than the grand canyon! | ||||||

| First, let me say that Captain Tom and crew were great. The cruise itself was nice and peaceful and would have been enjoyable if not for fellow passengers. This group had a toddler with them that cried the whole entire cruise. Not only was this group late for the cruise by 10 minutes causing a late start, but they were seated upstairs. Evidently they liked the downstairs better, because the spent the whole trip downstairs on the veranda with their crying and disruptive kid right outside the door to the downstair seating area. Since we were the first table inside the door, we were disrupted and irritated the whole cruise. I have nothing against children being included in events if they are not disruptive and spoil the whole evening for everyone else. We had all paid for the cruise and the experience was ruined. I believe the crew on board should have at least made them go back to their seats so as to not disrupt the whole bottom level. I would recommend the cruise to others in the future, but maybe kids should be passengers on the day cruises instead of the evening cruise. I'm just glad I was there with girlfriends and not a date because it took all of the romance out of the evening. | ||||||

| We brought our 10 year old grandson on the Dolly - he is from Colorado and he was very intune to the diversity of the ecology. He was very interested in the "sightings" pointed out by the captain. At times he had some difficulty "seeing" the images in the rocks. My only request is that when they are pointed out a little more time is given to individuals on both sides of the boat to find the images. | ||||||

| A nice trip, beautiful scenery, but hot at noon! They advertise a first come first serve seating...and they do give you a number...we got there early and were first in line. However, first they board those who are elderly or need assistance. It's nice for them, but not nice for those who purposely get there early, especially when a bus from a retirement community shows up full of people. They gave them all numbers...but then loaded them first... When you get there an hour early, wait in the heat for your number, then end up with 30 people in front of you, it's not really first come first seating as they advertise. They need to rethink that. | ||||||

| We were told it would be first come first serve in seating. Well....that isn't the case. All those with wheelchair's......canes, etc. were seated first.....which was a bus load of people. We arrived early so we could have choice seating. This wasn't the case. We were disappointed to be the last on the Steamboat. | ||||||

| I've been on this cruise three times now. First on business; then I went back with my family, and most lately with my in-laws. Everyone I've been with on this cruise has agreed with me that it's wonderful. The people are very nice; Food is good; provides a little respite from the intense Phoenix heat; Can't beat the scenery. | ||||||
