| My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and wanted to do something different that we had not done before. The Captain and the crew were very friendly and courteous. The meal was delicious and very proffesionaly served. We had a great time! I would have prefered to go during a full moon to be able to see better at night. I would highly recommend this Twilight Dinner Cruise to anyone wanting a romantic evening. | ||||||

| My Mom, Grandma and Aunt were visiting from Missouri so I decided to take them on this cruise. My Grandma loved it, Aunt thought it was great, Mom not so much and I just love being out in nature. We saw two big horn sheep with calves and alot of beautiful cliffs and mountains. Be sure to stay in the covered part of the boat if you don't like the heat. 90 minutes is a bit long, but overall it was great. The lake is beautiful and it was very quiet for a Sunday afternoon. | ||||||

| The celebration of New Year's Eve day was very special as we were able to cruise beautiful Canyon Lake on the Dolly Steamboat in the afternoon. It was a beautiful day and the leisurely cruise made it even more so. It was wonderful to catch sight of big horned sheep through binoculars high up on the cliffs. Thank you for a memorable trip. | My husband and I were visiting Phoenix/Scottsdale for vacation. We had been the previous 2 summers as well. Last year we were driving the Apache Trail when we happened upon the Dolly. We went back the next day to sign up for the afternoon cruise but it was closed. We made sure to buy our tickets before we left NJ this year! It was very hot, Arizona was having a heat wave with 44% humidity - so that quote about "but it's a dry heat" wasn't holding true for us. I was miserable with the heat and only looking forward to returning to the hotel to sit by (or rather in) the pool. But we boarded the Dolly and our Captain and his crew were so gracious that I started to forget about the heat. We found the cruise to be relaxing and the breeze which was created by the movement on the lake was refreshing. The sights were amazing - we didn't see much wildlife but the scenery was awesome. Thank you Captain Tom for an enjoyable 90 minutes! | ||||||

| Our family greatly enjoyed this wonderful trip. The scenery was amazing, and we all enjoyed the information we learned from the narration. Highly recommend this activity! | ||||||

| The entire adventure was great fun. The Dolly Steamboat crew was very friendly and accommodating. The captain of the ship shared his love of Canyon Lake and Steely Dan (ask him). He was very engaging and added a nice touch to the overall experience. The boat was clean and well-maintained. The drive to the lake was beautiful as was the lake itself. The popcorn was dee lish. My wife purchased tix on-line a few days prior to the event and made a mistake, buying tix for Saturday instead of Friday. She called and left a message, hoping to change the date. She told me that the web site said "all sales final" and to plan on going Saturday, saying it would probably take an act of God to get the days switched. The next day we got a confirmation email and phone call stating that the date was changed. Very cool. | ||||||

| My husband and I really enjoyed the excursion. The dinner was very good, and the crew were excellent. They were informative and helpful. We learned a lot about the canyon and its wildlife. We also found it to be very relaxing. | ||||||

| The "cruise" was nice, and the scenery was great but you really need to be sitting outside on the top deck to fully enjoy the whole experience, much of what you are going to be looking at is very high up on the cliffs. The narrative by the captain was well done. The cruise begins at noon,... lunch time... and lasts an hour and a half... there are snacks ... popcorn, chips, sodas available for purchase on the boat but thats it. They really should serve some kind of lunch, either eat a very late breakfast or bring your fishing pole... your going to need it. 2 things that would make the cruise just awesome would be to completely remove the roof and enclosure on the top deck for greater viewing and to serve lunch. | ||||||
