Turning an electronic ticket into a boarding pass was unclear. We had to stand in a line to receive a boarding pass, and passengers were boarded according to their number. Could the signage be more clear, or could the information be put on the net? If it was, I missed it. Another idea would be to put the boarding number right on the e-ticket, and have an employee check the number as we board. I don't have the answer, but I'm just telling you that the process was unclear. We enjoyed the boat ride; the captain was informative but not too chatty.

Was a beatiful day for a boat ride, the scenery was just awlsom and narrated by the captin very well, would highly recomend this to anyone, prices on board was resonable, my friend and I are looking to go again and bring our out of state friends. Good Job!

It was a beautiful, pleasant day to take a relaxing, enjoyable cruise on Canyon Lake with my sister. The boat is so clean, comfortable and nice. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for a nice afternoon.

The cruise was delightful, though maybe we could have had a little less of the music, this is a nature cruise on a mountain lake. They also need to have glaringly obvious signs stating how they will load the passengers. There was a lot of confusion and unneccessary walking up and down a gangplanck for older folks.

The noon cruise was great! I can't wait to take the dinner cruise. The narration was very informative and humorous. The weather was great, sunshine and a mild breeze. The sights were phenomenal and the Captain explained various formations and how they developed over the years. I would go again even if I go alone. And I will find time to go on the dinner cruise just to see everything in a different light.

The cruise was good for the first 30 minutes. The main narrator did not provide much information other than rock formation looking like..... The crew mates did not know their Canyon Lake history. Sorry - I can't recommend the Dolly Steamboat Tour.

This tour was money well spent. The views were spectacular and I never thought of saquaro growing that close to water. I was pleased to realize that though the trip is "round trip", only a very small portion was seen twice. The staff was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. They had nice postcards reasonably priced, but they only serve popcorn, snacks, and drinks. I,personally, had a small problem with food. It advertised no food could be taken on board so I figured a 12 o'clock cruise would offer sandwiches or something comparable for sale. When I arrived I was surprised to hear there was NO food service. I barely had time to go the nearby restaurant and quickly eat a sandwich. The sandwich was delicious, service OK , but I don't like to rush.

I enjoyed the cruise. Captain Tom was great. He had a sense of humor and was very full of knowledge and facts. I would reccomend this tour.
