| My wife and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary with dinner on the Arizona Dolly. It was wonderful, the whole crew was very professional, the food was excellent and I wish I could find the words to describe the beautiful views found around Canyon Lake but it has let me speechless. | ||||||

| This was the 3rd time my wife & I took this trip & have seen different wildlife every time. Each time we have seen big horn sheep, once saw an eagle & the other time a mountain lion. My mother & father-in-law are visiting from China & they enjoyed it also. I always forget to bring binoculars; it would be good to always recommend them. We will probably do it again at some time in the future. | ||||||

| We took family from Pennsylvania on the Dolly Steamboat to show them AZ sights. They loved it! It was exciting, yet relaxing. What a beautiful way to spend an afternoon. The Captain was very informative and funny. There was a gorgeous breeze even on a hot summer day. We saw longhorn sheep climbing the mountains. It was one of the high points in our trip. A definite for locals and tourists alike. You won't be disappointed! Tortilla Flat is right nearby for a delicious lunch. But there is also a restaurant at this location that looked interesting with a gorgeous view. We will be back! | ||||||

| Beautiful scenery, easy to get to, perfect to bring a visitor who has limited time in Phoenix. The steamboat coupled with Tortilla Flat for lunch is a perfect outing. | ||||||

| The Dolly Steamboat is a great opportunity to show visitors that we have more than a desert here in Arizona and that we have beautiful waterways for boating, etc. In addition to the Grand Canyon and Sedona and all the typical tourist haunts, we take all of our company when they come in to Canyon Lake to show them yet another aspect of Arizona. It gives them another flavor of what our beautiful state has to offer. Most people don't think of lakes and or water when they think of Arizona. It is great for young and older a like but perfect for people who would like a more relaxed, non strenuous day on their visit. | ||||||

| This was probably the third time that I've gone on this trip. I enjoy taking visitors out there to see the geography, flora and fauna. It's close by but you see a lot! This was the first time that I've seen the Mountain Sheep though! That was surely the high light. We actually saw two groups of them ... one on either side of the canyon. | ||||||

| We all really enjoyed the 80 minute cruise tour on the lake. Breath taking scenery everywhere you look. Narrator provide background and humor in the presentation. The music played was memorable and appropriate to the event. | ||||||

| We all had a lot of fun, the boat Captain was funny and the staff was great! The views are immaculate for the Arizona Desert. I highly recommend taking this steamboat!! Be SURE that you are early! Hope to come back again | ||||||

| Once we were able to find the marina everything was great. The ride itself was a nice change from the busy schedule we had. The area really is very nice. Better directions to find the locations would be nice. We had to call to make sure we were going correct. That is when we found out the road we were on had two names and the one in the directions was not the one on the street signs. | ||||||

| My family were visiting from England and we were looking for an activity that we would all enjoy. Not an easy task considering we were made up of grandparents, parents and children. The Dolly Steamboat was inexpensive, not too long of a drive and a unique activity that we all enjoyed. Everyone came away smiling. The scenery is gorgeous, the captain entertaining and the boat spacious. The only negative thing I can think of is that in the height of summer it may be too hot for some, even though there is plenty of shade aboard the boat. Well organised, on time and helpful staff. The resturaunt on sight was reasonably priced and offered a wide variety of choice. We all cleared our plates. Would definately consider another outing in the future | ||||||

| We were among ~ 100 people, including a tour bus of senior citizens, other families and young children, who rode the steamboat/paddle boat on a narrated cruise of the winding lake. The captin of the boat spoke about the canyon and the history, showing us different highlights of the rocks around the lake and we even saw big horn sheep on a steep side of one of the rocky surfaces. It was an enjoyable way to spend an hour and a-half. Afterward we ate at the lakeside restruarant and watched huge carp (fish,) several families of ducks, and big black birds vie for scraps of roll that the kids tossed off the deck into the water. The food was good, price was right and the afternoon was fun. This was June, Phoenix area was in the mid 90's but we were comfortable with the lake breeze, even at noontime when the cruise was offered. | ||||||
