| This was the 4th Dolly cruise I've been on in 4 years and will continue to return whenever I have out of town visitors. Everyone has loved it. Great scenery, good narration and music. Very relaxing. Would highly recommend. | ||||||

| The cruise boat left on time and returned on time. The scenery was awesome and we had a special treat of seeing a Big Horn sheep that stood out on a tall precipice and posed for photos. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The captain gave us lots of information but not too much. It was a very nice date evening. The weather was HOT but the captain kept the boat in the shade much of the time and with the air movement as we moved through the water it was a very pleasant evening. | ||||||

| We celebrated our mother's 82 birthday! She loved it and so did the other 9 of us! Captain Jeff was very informative and we had a lot of fun! We will definitely recommend you to all of our friends (and already have). | ||||||

| Enjoyed the boat ride ,saw many animals& birds. Narration was terrific.At the waiting area there were signs"No food or beverages allowed aboard." The cruise was 12Noon-1:30PM. My husband & myself are both Diabetics and usually have lunch about this time. I told the Captain this & that we had 2 peanut butter sandwiches in my bag & a water. He had no problem with this. Before the boat took off from the pier I went down to see what was for sale-a sandwich, or a hot dog and was going to purchase from them. The woman said they had Popcorn, water. I asked if there was any lunch food. She said "No." I said"But we are not allowed to bring food?" I am sure I am not the only one with this complaint. It was 115 degrees that day and many people would maybe have even purchase ice cream or popsicles if available. Sitting beside us was 2 toddlers who were required to wear their floatation devices which made them so hot they cried the entire 1&1/2 hrs. (I know its a regulation). | This is a good way for a family to spend some time together. It is not only fun, but educational also. The afternoon cruise is well priced and a good bargin for cost conscious families. The Captain of the ship was not only informative, but also fun to listen too. | ||||||

| It was a pleasant & leisurley cruise the captains' narration during the trip was quite good & he stopped the boat on a few occasions so we could take time out to enjoy the local wildlife. I would highly recommend this cruise & we will do it again someday. | ||||||

| We enjoyed the ride and found it very relaxing. Be sure to bring a camera as there are many photo opportunities. The Captain stopped the boat at some very interesting spots and explained formations and the vegetation around the lake. This was definately a well spent hour and a half. The only disappointment was there was no wild life for us to see other than a few birds and a turkey vulture. | ||||||

Canyon Lake Is Beautiful

| My sister was visiting from Atlanta, Georgia and we wanted her to see Canyon Lake and take the boat tour. Because we were doing this in late June, we would have prefered a sunset tour, but we did not want to pay $65 for the dinner cruise. I wish that a sunset tour had been available without the expense of the dinner. We did enjoy the tour very much even though we were hot. I thought the boat might have ceiling fans to help keep us cool. There was a breeze part of the time, but it was intermittent. I do recommend the tour, but you need to be prepared for the heat during the summer at noon. | ||||||

| Really enjoyed the trip but man was it hot.. Fabulous scenery, good commentary and a nice boat. The journey to Canyon Lake was a bit scary for my wife but it was ok really. All in all well worth the money. PS the restaurant / bar next to the pier is very good as well. | ||||||

| This was the 3rd time my wife & I took this trip & have seen different wildlife every time. Each time we have seen big horn sheep, once saw an eagle & the other time a mountain lion. My mother & father-in-law are visiting from China & they enjoyed it also. I always forget to bring binoculars; it would be good to always recommend them. We will probably do it again at some time in the future. | ||||||
