| We have lived in Arizona many years and just never visited this area. We were pleasantly surprised. It truly is an Arizona sight. The cruise was very nice and the Arizona topography was great. Might suggest visiting in another month than August, but was still a very nice trip. We had breakfast at Tortilla Flats and toured the area before the noon cruise. | ||||||

| I purchased tickets for my husbands birthday in hopes of having a special evening together that was unique. We both enjoyed the cruise very much and plan on attending again. The food and the staff was were incredible!!! We had a wonderful time and were seated in the perfect spot. I would recommend this to anyone they will have a great time!!! | ||||||

| The cruise was pleasant, and the food fine. It would have been much better if the cruise had started an hour earlier. We went in November and the sun set an hour after we left so we spent most of the time in the dark. It would have been much more enjoyable if we had gone at a time of year when the sun was out longer or if there was a full moon. That way the we could have seen more of the canyon. | ||||||

| We did the cruise on September 17, 2007. It was a beautiful day and the cruise was truly delightful. It was a peaceful ride down Canyon Lake. The captain was a knowledgeable guide. | ||||||

| I'm not sure why people consider this a 'tourist' thing to do! I've been here almost 20 years and we go at least every other year, then follow it up with a trip to Tortilla Flat for some killer chili and cowboy burgers. It's a perfect way to spend a day! The crew is always friendly, they don't inflate the prices at the onboard snack bar/souvenier shop (and they could - you're kind of a captive audience!) and no matter how many times I hear the narration (which hasn't changed in years!) it reminds me of what a beautiful state we live in! | ||||||

| This was an enjoyable way to spend 90 minutes in a beautiful part of Arizona. The staff were gracious and the facilities were fine. We were a little annoyed by the foolish idiots on their jet skis and power boats, but the tour operators have no control over them. I guess the stupid and inconsiderate will always be with us. | ||||||

| With so many activities to do while you are visiting Arizona, one can quickly become quite exhausted. This trip provides a relaxing, but thoroughly enjoyable way to see some of the maginificent beauty of the desert and mountains surrounding Canyon Lake. I have taken guests on this trip several times, and they have all enjoyed it. It is a quiet relaxing way to spend the afternoon while still still seeing new sights. Better than spending an afternoon by the pool. | ||||||

| We went on the twilight dinner cruise for a date with another coupple. It was really fun. We loved the tour gides input. It was so fun. The food was good. But most of all we enjoyed the atmosphere. | ||||||

| First, let me say that Captain Tom and crew were great. The cruise itself was nice and peaceful and would have been enjoyable if not for fellow passengers. This group had a toddler with them that cried the whole entire cruise. Not only was this group late for the cruise by 10 minutes causing a late start, but they were seated upstairs. Evidently they liked the downstairs better, because the spent the whole trip downstairs on the veranda with their crying and disruptive kid right outside the door to the downstair seating area. Since we were the first table inside the door, we were disrupted and irritated the whole cruise. I have nothing against children being included in events if they are not disruptive and spoil the whole evening for everyone else. We had all paid for the cruise and the experience was ruined. I believe the crew on board should have at least made them go back to their seats so as to not disrupt the whole bottom level. I would recommend the cruise to others in the future, but maybe kids should be passengers on the day cruises instead of the evening cruise. I'm just glad I was there with girlfriends and not a date because it took all of the romance out of the evening. | ||||||

| This was a well organized excursion from the loading to the exit from the boat. You were given nunbers to board based on your arrival. the narrated cruise was clear and easy to follow. The scenery was exquisite and a reminder of our Michigan water. | ||||||

| This was a great excursion, well worth the price. The food was very good & the service was efficient, courteous, and attentive. The trip itself wasn't rushed; the boat slowed and even paused for wildlife viewing and the Captain's narration was appropriate--not too much nor too little. Very relaxing, we'd do it again. | ||||||

| Our group enjoyed our ride on the Dolly Steamboat. Canyon Lake is a beautiful destination, and the boat was comfortable. The captain was informative and friendly. Our friends had been before and recommended the trip to us. We saw two big horned sheep during our ride. | ||||||

| This was a beautiful trip and a very friendly crew. We had a beautiful day. It was very picturesque. Although the boat was handicapable, the restroom was not for wheelchairs. You can buy light snacks on board. There is a snackbar you can buy food at before or after the cruise. We did not go in there, so I can not say what they had or what kind of prices they had. We chose to go the the Mining Camp Restaurant. You pass the turnoff for it on your way to the Dolly. The food there is wonderful and served family style on aluminum mining plates. Both are wll worth the money. | ||||||
