| This tour was money well spent. The views were spectacular and I never thought of saquaro growing that close to water. I was pleased to realize that though the trip is "round trip", only a very small portion was seen twice. The staff was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. They had nice postcards reasonably priced, but they only serve popcorn, snacks, and drinks. I,personally, had a small problem with food. It advertised no food could be taken on board so I figured a 12 o'clock cruise would offer sandwiches or something comparable for sale. When I arrived I was surprised to hear there was NO food service. I barely had time to go the nearby restaurant and quickly eat a sandwich. The sandwich was delicious, service OK , but I don't like to rush. | ||||||

| The perfect way to spend an evening. The crew was professional, curteous, helpful, and accomodating. The boat left on time and returned on time. Captain Jeff was the best. Food was very good with plenty to eat. | ||||||

| This is such a fun, restful and relaxing activity. Well, I guess you can't really call it an activity because you sit and eat dinner while the boat does all the work. The food was scrumptous. Ribeye AND chicken, salad, baked potatoe, corn, roll, apple pie and beverage. The serve staff brought beverages around as they dismissed us to go to the buffett. We ate while the canyon walls reflected the change in the sun's position. We watched for wild animals and native birds. The captain kept us apprised of local lore while pointing out features of the lake and canyons. As the sun dropped lower into the horizon, so did our innate stress levels. We found ourselves reveling in the beauty of Canyon Lake at night. | ||||||

| This trip is a good relaxing boat ride. The narration was not that enlightening but did have some interesting facts. Maybe a boat on the water should not play the music from the movie Titanic. The restaurant at the marina was below average in food. I'd say this trip is good for the couple that wants to just spend quality time together. I would only recommend the trip to couples about 35 years of age or 50+ year old groups. Too slow for the younger generations. | ||||||

| Sat on the top level and saw beautiful scenery. Majestic cliffs of varied colors. The big horn sheep stopped to take a look at us; we stared back in amazement. Snacks and drinks were available on board. A wonderful 90 minutes, the highlight of our weekend. | ||||||

| We chose this activity for a Mother's Day outing. It was enjoyable and relaxing. The scenery was pleasant and the guide provided some interesting history. We also saw some bighorn sheep on top of the hills. Bring cash for snacks and drinks onboard. | ||||||

| Me and my wife had not been to this area in 18 years. We flew in that same day and we were pressed for time. If you go on this cruise make sure to give yourself plenty of time to take in the sights on the drive to Canyon Lake and even though the road is paved,it has some hairpin turns. When booking this cruise, ask for seats in the back of the boat and on the upper deck. Some of the other passengers came back and stood because of the veiws and the breeze.The food on the dinner cruise was great and serving sizes were fine. I definitely would recommend this cruise for dates and special occasions. | ||||||

| I did this for my mother in law for mothers day and it was everything and more. The captain was very educated about the surroundings of canyon lake and made it that much more interesting. To see canyon lake at night with all the stars is remarkable. The food was great, better than what I expected. Over all this is something myself and my family will always remember, Thank You!!!!!! | The whole experience was very enjoyable. It was just too bad that it was warmer than usual this year. the setup of out table was nice and the service was excellent. The commentary by the captain was entertaining. The food was very good. | ||||||

| My husband and I are local residents and have been on this tour 3 times!... once by ourselves, once with another local couple and the last time with a couple visiting from Holland. All 3 times were fabulous... we never get tired of it and our friends enjoyed it immensely. The scenery is awesome with the high canyon walls, various cactii growing everywhere, some special view points that the captain points out and...there is a very good chance that you'll see big horn sheep or other wildlife (we did all 3 times). The staff is very friendly. The boat is very comfortable and has enclosed or outdoor areas to enjoy your trip from... I'd highly recommend it! | ||||||

| We are from Tucson. It was about 2.5 hours drive to get to the lake. But it is worth the drive. The tour was great. There's food available on the boat if you want some snacks. . My 3 and 4 year olds both enjoyed the ride, snacks, and the views.. Us, parents, enjoyed a relaxing ride. It is such a wonderful change. The $19.00 ticket is well worth it. And the crew was great! The only thing, it does get hot on land, so if you are planning to take the Dolly ride, do it on cooler days. Not on triple-digit days. During the ride, though, it wasn't so bad. Cool breeze at the lake made it bearable. :o) | ||||||
