| The narrated nature cruise is a great way to spend an afternoon. Take advantage of arriving early and having lunch at the outdoor cafe....This is a "chill-out" afternoon with a great Captain (Jeff) and great music to accompany your tour...We are from NYC and we enjoyed this tour immensely. Don't miss it!!!! | ||||||

| All four of us so enjoyed the scenic trip around Canyon Lake. The captain was quite informative and had a great sense of humor. We found the Dolly Steamboat very clean and it was so quiet and relaxing on the 90 minute trip. Everyone was quite professional. I would definetly reccomend this for family and friends. | ||||||

| Would like to salute Captain Tom, Nicole and the other assiatant (Upper Level) as well as the cooking staff for a wonderful evening cruise on the lake. The serenity and views were very relaxing and even more so with dinner. Our group of ten was seated in front of the boat taking in all the views and narrations by Captain Tom. I personally want to thank Nicole for the seating arrangement with my group as I feel she had gone the extra mile for me to impress my friends. In fact, I heard from my friends afterwards that they intend on bringing their family members when they visit onto the Dolly Cruise. One couple said, we have cruised the Dolly before, but never on a dinner cruise and this trip was fantastic with our friends being together. Just want to mention that while cruising, conversation among our group was at almost a standstill as we listen to the narration and enjoyed the beautiful views. The time went too fast for us. | ||||||

| Buying tickects was easy. Dolly personnel were warm and acomodating. I will go again with other friends. Allow for extra time driving to Canyon lake, especialy if coming from the south, road is not for weak of heart and it takes about 2 1/2 hours to go about 24 miles. | ||||||

| This is the third time we have taken out of town visotors on the Boat.... It is always great scenery and a nice showcase of Arizona. However, I have to say we had four kids with us from the ages of 8 through 12 and they had a terrible time. They had to where lifevests the enitire time and they were sweating like stuck pigs!! so between the kids complaining and us explaining why.... I do not think we will go back again until the kids are old enough not to wear those heavy lifepreservers. | ||||||

| I had reservations for myself and my family on April 23rd for a 2pm cruise. I was staying at the JW Marriot in Phoenix and was told by the concierge that the drive to Canyon Lake would take 45 minutes which was very obviously wrong. When we were already on the Apache trail, and realized that we would be five minutes late, I called the Zerve phone number and told them that we would be five minutes late so that they could alert the boat and they told me that there was no way for them to reach the dock . I called the other number that they had given me at the time of my reservation and the woman who answered also told me that she had no way to reach the dock. It was very upsetting that they could not reach the boat in a circumstance such as this or even in an emergency. Sure enough, as we got to the dock, the boat was just pulling away and there was no reperesentative at the dock to help and the ticket booth was closed. I waved and waved at the boat , but no one saw me. Therefore, I am very upset with the Dolly Steamboat and in fact, think that my money should be refunded and certainly at this point would not recommend it to anyone. | We bought tickets for our 5 year olds that were present, but we had a three year old and was told he did not get a meal. I think that should have been part of the information that we received. We would have made different arrangements. Also, I did not like the fact that we had to pay additional money because we were a group, when we got the same service as everyone on the boat. It is not like they ran around and paid special attention to our group. I also think you should work on your crew to at least smile. They were not every friendly except for a couple of the ladies. Sorry this sound negative but I think these are some area's that should be worked on. Over all we all like the cruse including the food, which was every good. There are just a couple of area's that need to be worked on. | ||||||

| Although I wouldn't recommend this for families with very young, very active children, our family thoroughly enjoyed it. Our 10 and 13 year old daughters enjoyed the cruise as did their parents. It was a beautiful day and a relaxing, scenic way to see a different aspect of Arizona. The drive on the Apache Trail to get to the Dolly is also quite interesting and scenic-- especially for flatlanders like us. | ||||||

| Tuesday found my wifte and I and a couple of friends on the Dolly Steamboat. The Captain was informative and pleasant. The trip was restfull and enjoyable. The flora was pointed out. We did see some eagles flying and other birds. It is a nice ride and we recommened it Thank you | ||||||

| That is what Arizona is all about. Beauty. My relatives could not thank us enough. We had been on the dinner one years ago. My relatives are in their 70's and love being able to set and see the sites. Thank you for this. | ||||||

| Excellent cruise that I would highly recommend. This was our first time to the Phoenix area and we took this cruise based on a recommendation from a travel website. We have 2 children ages 6 and 10 who absolutley loved the cruise. Captain Tom was fantastic as he narrated our tour and pointed out all sorts of unique and intereseting things while on the cruise. The rest of the crew were professional and very family friendly. For any parents with children looking for something family friendly to do we would recommend this activity, followed by a visit to Tortilla Flats. | ||||||
