| That is what Arizona is all about. Beauty. My relatives could not thank us enough. We had been on the dinner one years ago. My relatives are in their 70's and love being able to set and see the sites. Thank you for this. | ||||||

First Time to Canyon Lake

| Excellent cruise that I would highly recommend. This was our first time to the Phoenix area and we took this cruise based on a recommendation from a travel website. We have 2 children ages 6 and 10 who absolutley loved the cruise. Captain Tom was fantastic as he narrated our tour and pointed out all sorts of unique and intereseting things while on the cruise. The rest of the crew were professional and very family friendly. For any parents with children looking for something family friendly to do we would recommend this activity, followed by a visit to Tortilla Flats. | ||||||

| It wasn't clear to us that you did not wish us to bring food or drink. Since it was a noon cruise, that might have been more clearly stated, and we would have complied. other than that, we enjoyed ourselves very much. Friendly staff makes it nice. Rosemarie Mechel | ||||||

| The Dolly ride through the canyon took us to breathtaking views we can't see on a drive., and Captain Tom had interesting things to say about the rock formations, the wildlife and the history of the canyon. We didn't see the mountain sheep, who probably preferred shade on an 80-degree afternoon. It wasn't the Grand Canyon but it was grand in its up-close and magnificently beautiful way. | ||||||

| My new husband and I decided to take this dinner cruise on the dolly steamboat as part of our honeymoon weekend. We had a fantastic time. The food was EXCELLENT. The crew members were very friendly and the captain did a wonderful job narrating the scenery and different noteworthy features of the lake and surrounding canyon. We even spotted some big horned sheep. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone who likes good food and a good time. | ||||||

| It was a very nice outing, a little different then the usual anniversary dates I have been on the past. It was a very relaxing guided tour, the food was great and the captains choice of music couldn't have been better. I highly recommend the Twilight Dinner Cruise on Canyon Lake with Dolly the steamboat to anyone who hasn't tired it yet. | ||||||

| We had a memorable evening of fun, conversation, and laughs mixed with the relaxed atmosphere of the beauty of Canyon Lake and its natural surroundings. My group of 11, included family from Chicago and Ireland. None of whom had ever seen such natural beauty as the Lake had offered. The descriptions of the area and commentary from the Captain and crew were perfect. The evening was beautiful, water calm and the dinner was above what we had expected. Everything was well planned and with no waiting in line for the dinner service. We will certainly be doing this again in future visits from our family members who will be joining us. We will be taking the grandchildren on the earlier cruise times to see the wildlife in their natural surrondings. | ||||||

| Our party of four, two from Minnesota and two local residents, had lunch at Cayon Lake and then took the 90 minute boat cruise. The boat trip was fantastic, especially the tour guides commentary. The views were superb and the accomodations and service was much better than expected. We will take this cruise ever time we visit the Phoenix area. | ||||||

| We enjoyed lunch as a group (families with preschoolers from our church) at Tortilla Flats, then completed the day with a 2 p.m. Dolly Steamboat trip. The children (2 - 8 year olds) had a great time spotting Big Horn Sheep and deer and just being on the water. The adults all enjoyed the scenery and pleasant boat ride, commenting it would be a different trip without children. I would recommend it either way, with or without preschoolers. | ||||||

| The cruise boat left on time and returned on time. The scenery was awesome and we had a special treat of seeing a Big Horn sheep that stood out on a tall precipice and posed for photos. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The captain gave us lots of information but not too much. It was a very nice date evening. The weather was HOT but the captain kept the boat in the shade much of the time and with the air movement as we moved through the water it was a very pleasant evening. | ||||||
