| My daughter and I had a wonderful, relaxing, and enjoyable tour on the Dolly. She was visiting from Ohio and was very happy about our choice of entertainment. It was well narrated, peaceful, and just perfect in every way with the weather being very accommodating also on Dec 11. We will redo this tour next year. The captain did a great job as did the assistants on deck. Thanks so much !!!! | ||||||

| We've been on similar trips in other areas, but this by far was the best. The website was well written and gave me the answers to all my questions. The accomodations were terrific; easy on, easy off, which was much appreciated by my elderly parents. The crew, especially Capt. Tom, was knowledgable and accomodating. When he spotted a Big Horn Sheep in the rocks, he slowed the steamer down to a crawl and brought it close to the shore so everyone could see this beautiful creature up close. We've already made plans to take the night cruise. You should too. | ||||||

| Although a bit disappointed in the boat (not a real paddle boat), the lake and scenery were wonderful. Captain TOM was very personable and a fountain of information, making the 90-minute cruise around the lake very enjoyable. | ||||||

| even though it was extremely cold and rainy and wet, we still enjoyed the scenic cruise and was thankful for the lower deck that was enclosed so we could still see and stay warm at the same time. Everyone was very friendly and we would do it again | ||||||

| This was my second trip with my wife. We took her girlfriend as a surprise birthday gift, which was enjoyed very much. The food was great and Captain Tom's music and narration was warmly received. One word of warning. When they say 5:00 it means they leave the dock. We almost missed the cruise. | ||||||

| The ride was very pleasant and comfortable. The scenery around Canyon Lake is outstanding as you meander around various bends in the lake. The Captain and crew were very attentive and customer-oriented. | ||||||

| This was a great trip to take. One of my friends said that she might have just driven into the lake, looked and left. She was really happy that I had arranged for the trip. Do to our own fault, we sat in the back of the boat and it was hard to hear the narrator. Fully recommend that you get there early so you can get either a top level seating or a front seating. The guid took time to point our interests and look for wildlife that we probably would not have spotted. | ||||||

| The one thing i did not like and will probably be the reason we don't do it again i had tickets that i bought in advance but walk ons were able to go on board as special needs, so i wound up with a lousy location, this should be seating like the dinner cruise does, reserved so you get a good spot . | ||||||

| We enjoyed the evening greatly. The information given was neither too little nor too much. As the Baby bear said, it was juts right.. The staff was cheerfull and helpfull. Dinner was fine and appropriate. We only have two negative comments. While waiting to board, the smokers were too close to those of us that don't. The preparation of the cooked corn served that evening needs a better recipe. | ||||||

| There was 3 ½ in our group. My Husband, Sister, her little Chihuahua and myself. Even Annie ( the dog ) loved it. We did this for my Husbands Birthday and he said this was one of the best gifts he has received and he’s 64 now. Loved the friendliness for the crew. And Captain Tom did a wonderful job of the narrated cruise. We want to return for one of the dinner cruises. Was told they have a Christmas light cruise too. That sounds like it would be great one to go on also. So, I highly recommend the Narrated Nature Cruise on Canyon Lake on the Dolly Steamboat to all ages. | Our 15-year-old grandson was visiting us for a week from Illinois, and we added the Dolly Steamboat to his itinerary as we traveled around the state. We enjoyed the cruise and the sights...sort of a quiet time for a 15-year-old after a week of hurried activity. We will do this again. | ||||||
