| We throughly enjoyed our trip. The day was beautiful? The rocks and some of their imaginary formations as told by the captain- were fun. It was hard to believe that this canyon's rock formations were millions of years old. The captain and crew were very friendly. The captain even took some extra time to let us watch two rams and thier families in the upper elevation of the canyon. We would recommend this trip to anyone. | ||||||

| We really didn't know what to expect, but after a little nourishment at the local cafe, we boarded the cruise. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the crew and the amazing scenery, including the turkey vultures flying overhead and the curly horned sheep grazing atop the rocks. We're looking forward to our next visitors so we can take them on this magnificent adventure. | ||||||

| Totally enjoyed the Steamboat ride!! The crew is very pleasant!! This is our second time on the Dolly Steamboat. However, I do not think I will use Zerve again. It would have been cheaper to buy the tickets at the dock or directly through the Dolly Steamboat phone line. | ||||||

| What a beautiful way to spend the day - we were visiting from Ohio and Texas and found your Ad on the Mesa things to do website. We sat on the top deck and wished the other people would have been quieter so we could enjoy the narration. We would have liked more narration about the native plants and landscape as well as lore aobut the Apache Trail. The music was wonderful and suited the surroundings. | While the "Narrated Nature Cruise on Canyon Lake" was extremely scenic, beautiful and relaxing, it is not properly described. It should be labeled a Scenic Cruise of Canyon Lake. The narration was minimal! There was a short description of the dam, a comment that if you see any wildlife, please let the captain know, and he did point out some petrified wood. There was no other "narration". Oh, wait, he did point out several rock formations-ET, Indian Princess and last, but not least, Mozart. Mozart was accompanied with some pipe organ music which would have scared away any wildlife in the area! While we enjoyed the cruise immensely, there was no narration about the history of the area, the flora and fauna or anything else remotely "nature". | ||||||

| It was a beautiful senic tour of the canyon. - just perfect! Our 15 yr old granddaughters said it was the most fun thing we did on our vacation. Being from Ohio, it seemed strange driving up the mountain to find a big lake with lots of boaters! Also, good food while waiting for our ride! | ||||||

| The only criticism is being asked to arrive at 5:30 then having to wait in a line. The covered seating is limited and not all seats were in the shade. The meal was very good and the crew excellent. | ||||||

| I would highly recommend the dinner cruise on Canyon Lake. We just recently experienced the wonders of Canyon Lake for the first time and are already planning our return trip. The scenery is spectacular and the cruise was very relaxing. We can't wait for the next trip!! | ||||||

| I had reservations for myself and my family on April 23rd for a 2pm cruise. I was staying at the JW Marriot in Phoenix and was told by the concierge that the drive to Canyon Lake would take 45 minutes which was very obviously wrong. When we were already on the Apache trail, and realized that we would be five minutes late, I called the Zerve phone number and told them that we would be five minutes late so that they could alert the boat and they told me that there was no way for them to reach the dock . I called the other number that they had given me at the time of my reservation and the woman who answered also told me that she had no way to reach the dock. It was very upsetting that they could not reach the boat in a circumstance such as this or even in an emergency. Sure enough, as we got to the dock, the boat was just pulling away and there was no reperesentative at the dock to help and the ticket booth was closed. I waved and waved at the boat , but no one saw me. Therefore, I am very upset with the Dolly Steamboat and in fact, think that my money should be refunded and certainly at this point would not recommend it to anyone.
