| I took my husband on this cruise for his 70th birthday. We both enjoyed it and the best part was the electrical storm towards the end of the cruise. Better than the 4th of July. | ||||||

| We traveled 120 miles with great friends on a trip that was a mystery to them for there anniversary.When we arrived at the dock they were surprised to see that we where going on the"DOLLY" for a river cruise and dinner.The big surprise was how great the crew was,how beautiful the trip was and how GREATTTTT!!!!!! the food was.We would drive the 120 miles again(that's one way) to take this trip.Rate it as a must do trip for all ages. | The trip was great in itself. The boat was clean, the staff was excellent. Capt. Tom was great. I would recommend it as a very fun and exciting day event. The only draw back was the flies. Also, the waiting area. Why don't you put fans in that area (that would help the fly problem). It was very warm just sitting there and I don't think there was not a person fanning themselves. No air movement. The flies are hard to control but maybe a good spray about 2 hrs before the first cruise might help. I know we went in August and it many not be the same for the other months and I am sure it is not but for the summer months these little suggestions might help future passengers enjoy their day alot better. Also. the restaurant had lots of flies inside and we killed about 6 ourselves. Very uncomfortable with flies flying around and that is why we did not order a breakfast or lunch just french fries. We both could keep the flies off the fries with only one plate to watch. Also, maybe open earlier around 9am or even 10am. Again, maybe just for the summer to get people out of the heat. There were flies on the boat too, so maybe spray that too about 2 hrs. before sail. I am fully aware that this is going to be a hard situation to control but if you take the advice of the fans and the restaurant that would be a good start to improve your event. Cause I would tell people of these problems so they would be aware of it. All in all it was alot of fun. Thank you for a friendly staff and a great Capt. Tom. So that is it from me | ||||||

| My wife and I recently moved here from Ohio and this boat tour was the highlight of the time we have spent here so far. The night was beautiful and the food was delicious and we are already planning another Saturday night cruise. The captain was great and gave us a great ride and a lot of interesting sights. Loved it. | ||||||

| The tour was on time starting, the staff was friendly and warm to the group, and the narration was well done. The accommodations on the boat was very suitable to the tour. | ||||||

| It was an extremely hot afternoon. Too hot for this activity. The water was beautiful, the wildlife was mostly avoiding the heat. The crew was knowledgeable and efficient. The cruise, at 90 minutes did not allow us to see some of the far reaches of the lake. I would have paid proportionately more for a longer cruise, but have no interest in a dinner cruise. By purchasing tickets in advance (via internt), I did not realize I had to redeem our e-tickets for a boarding pass, by standing in the same line as those purchasing tickets on site. As a result we wound up with a high boarding pass number, which left us with a bad taste. | ||||||

| The evening was very enjoyable. It was my wife’s 60th birthday and it was the final event of four that I planned for her during the weekend. This was to be the ‘relaxing’ event after three rigorous experiences (horseback riding, Valley Verde Wine Train, and a Sedona Pink Jeep Tour). The narration was enjoyable; the Captain demonstrated an experienced knowledge of the Canyon area and was entertaining as well. We actually saw three different animals during the trip and the scenery was marvelous. The food was less than enjoyable and before you get worried; it was expected so there really was no surprise. My experiences with buffets is pretty much the same each time we encounter one so the quality of the meal was predictable…not very good. However the meal was not the focus of the evening so we still had a great time and will probably return again…but only with out-of-town guests. As your cruise is a ‘dinner’ cruise, it would not make sense for us to return for a not-so-good dinner…but we would certainly entertain the prospect of taking guests for the experience (after a polite warning about the food). We’ve lived here for 18 years and have always talked about the cruise but until this special event have not carried it out. It WAS enjoyable and yes, we would do it again. Thanks | ||||||

| We really enjoy the evening. It was a little warm in the canyon, but a nice breeze helped once in a while. For the Astrology part of the evening, it would have been nice to have a larger viewing area. Because of the upper cover, it was difficult to see what he was talking about, but what we did see, we really enjoyed. We all feel it was a little pricey, but the food was wonderful and the service was excellent. Thank you for a very pleasant evening. | ||||||
