| I took my son, my 2 granddaughters (7 & 10) and my sister-in-law and we all thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The pilot was very interesting and humorous. We plan to come back later and take a dinner cruise. | ||||||

| The entire adventure was great fun. The Dolly Steamboat crew was very friendly and accommodating. The captain of the ship shared his love of Canyon Lake and Steely Dan (ask him). He was very engaging and added a nice touch to the overall experience. The boat was clean and well-maintained. The drive to the lake was beautiful as was the lake itself. The popcorn was dee lish. My wife purchased tix on-line a few days prior to the event and made a mistake, buying tix for Saturday instead of Friday. She called and left a message, hoping to change the date. She told me that the web site said "all sales final" and to plan on going Saturday, saying it would probably take an act of God to get the days switched. The next day we got a confirmation email and phone call stating that the date was changed. Very cool. | ||||||

| It was a great way for my wife and I to spend some quality time with our daughter. The cruise on Canyon Lake was informative and beautiful. Even though the weather was a little cool, the atmosphere on the cruise ship was warm and friendly. We would recommend it to people of any age. | ||||||

| even though it was extremely cold and rainy and wet, we still enjoyed the scenic cruise and was thankful for the lower deck that was enclosed so we could still see and stay warm at the same time. Everyone was very friendly and we would do it again | ||||||

| Our first visit to Canyon Lake, and we would recommend a cruise on the Dolly without reservation. The crew was most cordial, and the naration by the Captain was most informative. It truly is Arizona's "Junior Grand Canyon." | ||||||

| It was our 5 year anniversary and I wanted to do something out of the ordinary with my husband, so my sister suggested this cruise. We were not disappointed. It was a lot of fun with just the right amount of romance, ambience and food. You could keep to yourself or chat with the other guests. My husband said he would even recommend it and he had a great time. How can you beat floating along under the stars with the cool breeze on your skin surrounded by friends or family? I would love to do this again sometime and I highly recommend it to anyone. | ||||||

| I chose this as a surprise to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. The atmosphere was wonderful, the evening was very relaxing, and the food was acceptable. The only complaint I have is that there was a younger couple that sat in front of us that spent from before departure up until return locking lips more than anything else, and the staff weren't too concerned with people's offense. Other than that incident I would recommend it for persons looking for a relaxing evening. | ||||||

| Really nice! We went for our 18th anniversary and it was just great in every way! There is nothing I would change, it was so nice we could hardly stop saying how much we were enjoying ourselves. Even the food was excellent. Don't miss this, its one of the best ways to spend an AZ evening I can think of after living here for 16 years. TIP: Be sure to bring a jacket for cooler months of Nov - March. There is a sheltered area but you're going to want to spend a lot of time on the two decks so be sure to dress appropriately. | ||||||

| This was my second trip with my wife. We took her girlfriend as a surprise birthday gift, which was enjoyed very much. The food was great and Captain Tom's music and narration was warmly received. One word of warning. When they say 5:00 it means they leave the dock. We almost missed the cruise. | ||||||

| This is something that I have wanted to do for quite some time with my family. Now that we have taken the Dolly Cruise I am definitely going back to do the twilight dinner cruise just so we can be out there on the lake for a little longer. I wish they did a longer daytime cruise and venture further back into the lake just so we may get an extended look at the wonderful views of nature that surrounds us! | ||||||

| Very relaxing and beautiful and the crew does an extra special job of making you feel welcome. The narration was excellent and surprisingly, the boat sails very smoothly. It was not windy or cold, even in November! Scenery was astonishing nd l and half hours was just enough time to make it enjoyable. | ||||||

| The scenery was gorgeous! The music accompanied the trip well, and the guide's comments were helpful. We were pleased that the boat slowed down so we could watch a desert bighorn on the rocks above us. Since I have allergy/asthma problems, I was glad to see that so many areas were protected from the wind. | ||||||

| The scenery was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A Big Horn Sheep was seen by some of the passengers and the captain circled back around so everyone could see it! That was very nice. I was disappointed with the lack of "nature talk". Most of the audio was a mix of easy listening songs, with just a little talking thrown in. I would have liked to hear more about the animals that live in the mountains (whether we saw them or not), as well as about the geology and plant life. There was some, but not as much as I would have expected for a nature cruise. I would still recommend the trip, but more for the pretty scenery than the educational value. | ||||||
