Very Relaxing Evening

| We really enjoy the evening. It was a little warm in the canyon, but a nice breeze helped once in a while. For the Astrology part of the evening, it would have been nice to have a larger viewing area. Because of the upper cover, it was difficult to see what he was talking about, but what we did see, we really enjoyed. We all feel it was a little pricey, but the food was wonderful and the service was excellent. Thank you for a very pleasant evening. | ||||||

| The Dolly Steamboat Cruise was great!! Myself and my wife enjoyed it very much. The food was good and the crew was very hospitable. We went when they had Dr. Sky on the cruise with the Astronomy presentation. This was very interesting and informative. We got to see the International space station fly over us, and also got to see the rings of Saturn. I would highly recomend this to anyone who is interested in star gazing. Great job keep up the good work. | ||||||

| Excellent value for the money. The cruise was everything we hoped it would be. The captain was extremely friendly and informative and the food and service were perfect. This was an anniversary trip and we were made to feel special. I will certainly recommend this to others. | ||||||

| My wife and i took the Dr. Sky dinner cruise and it was perfect. we both do a lot of hiking and camping, but this was a great way to experience the Salt River Canyon and Canyon Lake. The added touch of Dr. Sky made the evening even more memorable. Good food, nice commentary, pleasant staff. Cannot recommend any changes......except the alcohol restrictions. (ever tried to find good wine and beer in a plastic bottle or can?) Shayne and Michelle Carpenter | ||||||

| The cruise itself was nice but the man reason we went this particular date was because Dr. Sky was going to be there and we thought his presentation was very boring and disappointing. | ||||||

| Would highly recommend this activity. Had a group ranging in age 72 to 10 years and all enjoyed the trip. The drive to the lake was beautiful and the captain was very entertaining and informative. The pricing was excellent and the snacks and other items available for sale were extremely reasonably priced. The entire experience was pleasant and was very happy we decided to take the trip. Worth the ride from Phoenix. | ||||||

| Our family really enjoyed the scenic Dolly Steamboat Cruise. The narration of what we saw was clear and informative. The ride was calm and peaceful. The employees were all very nice and helpful. The boat was very clean and comfortable. The ride was very enjoyable. This is my third time on the Dolly and I will be going again. I highly recommend it for everyone. | ||||||

| Scenery was wonderful, including the 6 big-horned sheep. Captain Tom narrated now and again. For 2.5 hrs of a cruise, it was worth the $, just wish the dinner had been a bit nicer/better. I would do it again for a special situation/occasion. Enjoy! | ||||||

| We celebrated Father's Day on the Dolly Steam Boat. Had a Great time! the weather was a little hot, but very worth it. Dinner was very good as well! Boat was nice, but could tell it is quite dated. Maybe you could pour a little more money in to it and make it a real classy ride. Bathrooms were kinda gross. | ||||||

| We went on the 1-1/2 hour boat trip - it was just long enough and somewhat relaxing although the music was hard to hear at times. Somewhat informative - beautiful scenery. It is a nice trip to take for out of town guests. Would prefer different types of food offered, such as ice cream. Everything was salty. Lemonade would be good also. Priced a little bit too high. | ||||||

| Our family wholeheartedly loved every minute of our cruise! We had a relative visiting from Texas who said it was one of the most enjoyable afternoons he'd experienced. Though the temp hovered at around 110, the breezes off the lake kept us refreshed and we were glad that snacks & beverages were also offered! We all very much appreciated Captain Tom's narration as it was not continuous and allowed us just enough time to converse with each other, while at the same time offering invaluable & interesting information on the rock formations, history of the area & local wildlife. The seating was comfortable & each area of the boat offered the ability to have panoramic views of the entire lake. Though water activities were happening all around us they did not distract from our cruise and, in fact, added to our enjoyment of the day! Afterwards, our family had a picnic & headed over to Tortilla Flats for prickly pear ice cream. All in all, a beautiful day which started with a delightful cruise on the Dolly Steamboat. We highly recommend this cruise to anyone local or visiting the area and we'll be returning again soon! | ||||||

| This was a really nice dinner cruise around Canyon Lake. The staff was especially helpful as we had reserved our tickets for inside the cabin and they quickly recommended we sit outside on the bow of the boat. The weather was perfect for this. Food was good (very filling) and restrooms were clean. An enjoyable Arizona evening! | ||||||

| I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED MY DINNER CRUISE WITH 2 EXCEPTIONS. FIRST, I DON'T SEE WHY OUR GROUP SHOULD BE CHARGED MORE. WE ALL SAT IN THE SAME AREA AND WERE NOT CATERED TO ANY DIFFERENT. WE WERE NOT WAITED ON SPECIALLY AS A GROUP SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY WE WERE CHARGED MORE. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS CRUISE TO OTHERS AND THOSE THAT ARE NOT IN A GROUP SETTING SAID THEY WOULD ATTEND,THE OTHERS AGREE WITH ME AND BECAUSE OF THE EXTRA CHARGE FOR GROUPS PROBABLY WONT' ATTEND. THE OTHER THING IS, CAPTAIN TOM WAS GREAT AND FUN AND INFORMATIVE, BUT, WE COULD HARDLY HEAR HIM. I DON'T KNOW IF HE NEEDS TO SPEAK UP OR IF IT IS THE SPEAKER SYSTEM BUT WE GAVE UP TRYING TO LISTEN TO HIM. IT WASN'T THAT THE AREA AROUND ME WAS LOUD EITHER. OTHERWISE WE DID HAVE FUN. | ||||||
