| Canyon Lake is absolutely beautiful!! The scenery is breathtaking. The cruise on the lake was leisurely and relaxing for a total of 90 min. Dolly Steamboat is well maintained and very clean with seats for everyone. The "crew" was knowledgable and very entertaining and personable. We will be returning and taking the grandkids with us. | ||||||

| I had reservations for myself and my family on April 23rd for a 2pm cruise. I was staying at the JW Marriot in Phoenix and was told by the concierge that the drive to Canyon Lake would take 45 minutes which was very obviously wrong. When we were already on the Apache trail, and realized that we would be five minutes late, I called the Zerve phone number and told them that we would be five minutes late so that they could alert the boat and they told me that there was no way for them to reach the dock . I called the other number that they had given me at the time of my reservation and the woman who answered also told me that she had no way to reach the dock. It was very upsetting that they could not reach the boat in a circumstance such as this or even in an emergency. Sure enough, as we got to the dock, the boat was just pulling away and there was no reperesentative at the dock to help and the ticket booth was closed. I waved and waved at the boat , but no one saw me. Therefore, I am very upset with the Dolly Steamboat and in fact, think that my money should be refunded and certainly at this point would not recommend it to anyone. | This is my forth time on this ride but I had clients in from the East Coast and they wanted to see a piece of Arizona in the tight time sturture they had while here. What better to do than Tortilla Flats and then the Dolly ride. They were so impressed and loved it. The Captain was very good and kept everyone informed. Thanks for the fun! | ||||||

| Well worth the price. Very much enjoyed the tour around the lake. Captain and crew kept things interesting with factual and not so factual humorous stories. Music played during cruise contained its own humor. We believe one selection is the theme from The Titanic. Suggest check in as soon as ticket office opens, boarding priority passes are given based on when you step up to the counter. Advance ticket purchase was a plus. Everything went smoothly with the Zerve ticket sale. | ||||||

| I was disappointed because there was no signs indicting where this cruise was. It took 45 min to find the cruise and when we finally arrived at 12:00, the boat was just leaving the dock as anticipated. We were out the money we paid and very disappointed. I have since talked to many residence of the Phoenix area, none of which knew the exact location of the cruise. I think there should be better indicated signs down Apache Trail. I wish my experience would have been better. | ||||||

| The Dolly was outstanding. If you book online, you don't have to pay cash at point of sale. The Wild Flowers are fantastic, and saw Hawks and long horn sheep. Don't forget to bring sun screen if you go, and bring your Chicago accents for the Captain of the boat. Adios and happy trails to all. | ||||||

| My husband and I took the twilight dinner cruise and had a really great time. It's very relaxing floating with the soft music they play in the background. Dr. Sky was their for his astrology talk and pointed out some stuff in the sky. The food was great, a lot for your money. Would recommend to everybody. We will most likely do this again. | ||||||
