| 90 minute relaxing cruise through Canyon Lake. Flora, fauna and rock formations dicussed throughout. Super genial hosts but be forwarned of the corny jokes. Wouldn't recomend for very young children, but everyone else enjoyed. | ||||||

| It was a great trip. The narrator was informative and entertaining. The sights were beautiful, especially during the springtime with all the wild flowers. However, I believe it would be lovely later in the year when the cacti are blooming. Everyone should experience this trip at least once. | ||||||

| Took the cruise twice in two weeks with two different groups of family and friends with children under 12 years of age. All enjoyed the cruise and wildlife we were lucky enough to see. The narrative was very informative. | ||||||

| This was my second time on the tour. I enjoyed it so much the first time that I arranged to take a group of five family members visiting from Kentucky. They said it was definitely one of the highlights of their trip. The captain and staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the views and wildlife sightings were spectacular. I'm going to add this to my list of must-sees for all my out-of-town guests. | ||||||

| My wife and I live in Mesa and had always wanted to do the Dolly Steamboat. I recently retired and it made it easier to pick a date. My wife is strong into photography so she took photos while I relaxed and took in all the great scenery. We are familiar with the desert and its flora and fauna but was still a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. I would highly recommend this boat trip for locals and visitors alike. | ||||||

| We went on the Sunset Dinner Cruise with Captain Tom. We definitely would go again. We like his naration and description of what we were seeing. The filet mignon was just right and the setting could not have been better. While it was dark when we returned, that did not spoil the cruise. | ||||||

| This was one of the most fun things me and my boyfriend have done together! The food was EXCELLENT and the scenery was amazing. We were sat at our own table, which was nice because it probably wouldn't have been as enjoyable if another couple was sitting with us. We were able to enjoy each others company as well as enjoy a wonderful meal together. The commentary from the capitan was wonderful and not overdone because there was music in between and it was very romantic to just be on a boat and enjoy the sunset together. The only thing I was not expecting was that you have to get up and get your own food (in a buffet style) but it wasn't that big of a deal seeing as it was done in a very orderly fashion and handled quite well. One suggestion I would have would be to have a photographer aboard to take pictures and offer them as gifts, to purchase of course, at the end of the night. I know we're allowed to bring our cameras and everything like that, but I just thought it would have been a neat addition to have that option, and then if we wanted to purchase them you could do it online and have a website for it. Other than that, everything was perfect! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great date idea or a group date situation! I wouldn't really recommend this as an event to bring small children to. Seeing as the atmosphere was calm and romantic, to have a baby or kids screaming or running around would have kind of ruined it for me. I would recommend the day cruise for kids. This trip was about two and a half hours so it may be too long for little ones. I highly highly highly recommend this to anyone looking for a GREAT time! | ||||||

| We went on the 2:00 boat tour on a Saturday. The boat captain was very knowledgable and professional, and the Canyon was magnificent. We took a lot of pictures and really enjoyed the boat tour. We had planned on eating at the restaurant at the marina, but ended up leaving instead. When we got there, we noticed plenty of open seats available outside on the deck, where we asked to sit. We were first told there would be a 5 minute wait to allow the waitresses to "catch up" on their orders. After 15 minutes, we were then told it would be at least 30 minutes before they could seat us, due to "problems with equipment in the kitchen". We could clearly hear some of the waitresses complaining that their shift was over and they wanted to go home. Needless to say, we left. I would suggest the boat tour, it was really fun and interesting, but I would plan on eating in town or bring your own food. | ||||||
