| I highly Recommend this trip. We stopped at Goldfield Ghost Mine for the morning. Really neat place, cool building and facts, and currently expanding. Then went to Tortilla flatts for lunch, had some really unique and good food. The the boat tour, it really made me miss going to the lake. When I was young, my family used to make regular trips to the lake. Since I have gotten older and started working, I haven't gone in years. This boat trip has made me want to become a regular and currently we are looking at purchasing some Wave Runners. Highly recommend doing this tour. Real good price for such an amazing experience. I recommend wearing you swim suit and sunbathing on the upper rear deck while watching and learning all about canyon lake, Real amazing. We are defiantly going to be regulars on this trip. By the way, were from Tucson, AZ. | ||||||

| Loved all the info on the lake, had no idea it was so big. I loved how the boat was laid out so you could really see all over the lake. Cant wait to take relatives when they come visit | ||||||

| i was impressed by the beauty of canyon lake, the staff on board exceptionatly friendly and welcoming. I would have like to hear more on the indiginous significance of the lake. and maybe a change of music. otherwise i really enjoyed the cruise and will return to show a friend. Thank you | ||||||

| I treated a friend to a birthday trip. She loved it. She found the time at Canyon Lake so relaxing, she fell asleep in the car on our trip back to Scottsdale. We had a very nice lunch at Tortilla Flat, saw a few of the local sights, and then had to return to the Valley. The weather was nice - the rain held off until we started back. It was great to feel the rain and the cooler weather! Thanks for a great day! | ||||||

| My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. We wouldn't mind a repeat trip. In fact, we plan on it with relatives next year if all works out. We would recommend it to any one at any time. We'd love to see if after a rain when there would be waterfalls. We rated it two thumbs up. Charlie | ||||||

| This was by far the best money spent with my family on their visit to Arizona. The whole visit on the Dolly was great. I saw some of the states birds, turkey buzzards, heron, duck and even saw 4 mountain goats. The lake views were absolutely impressive . I would recommend this ride to all people of all ages. | ||||||

| the scenery, the boat, the crew, the music, the atmosphere all were outstanding, huge surprise and look forward to doing the dinner cruise. have told many people about it.. It is clearly one of the most beautiful, entertaining and fun arizona outdoors events around, something absolutely not to be missed! | ||||||

| The cruise was very relaxing, the food was moderate. Very friendly crew. Our seating was excellent. We would definitely take the dinner cruise again were it not for the distance, and the last 14 miles on the Apache Trail. Approaching the destination wasn't too bad, coming back, in the dark, with no shoulder or guard rails was a bit unnerving. It was a bit pricey. I only eat chicken, and chose not to get the pasta entre for the same price. Perhaps the vegetarian selection should be a lower amount? | ||||||

| The scenery on the dinner cruise was absolutely breath taking. The food was excellent, much better than I expected, and the staff was very friendly. Once it got dark though it was just long. Nothing to see and it seemed as if we were traveling much slower. I would recommend going on this once especially if you are unfamiliar with the area lakes as we were. | ||||||

| The Captain was personable, pointing out wildlife and telling funny stories. Food was great, although menu said pasta primavera for the veggie selection and what I got was spaghetti, but it was great. The cruise is 2.5 hours long, and we thought 2 would have been better - we got a bit bored after dark. | ||||||

| With the exception of some confusion about the amt. of wine or beer that we could take aboard the boat for dinner, everything else about this trip was pleasant and fun. The food was filling, but not spectacular. However, the scenery and narrative by the Captain was very informative and entertaining. Be sure to bring binoculars for each person in your group; its pretty hard to see some of the desert animals without them. Jet skiers and some small race-type boats ruin the serenity at some points, but all in all the experience is well worth the cost, which is about $64/person. The fee is advertised as including tips, but there is a tip jar at the caterer's table. We were advised that we could bring aboard two 12-once beers/person or one small plastic bottle of wine(6 oz only), but we noticed that as the last group of passengers boarded the boat, the captain didn't even check their coolers. We would have preferred to bring aboard one good bottle of wine for our group of four, but were not allowed to do so. No alcohol is served or sold aboard the boat. Plastic or aluminum (beer cans) only. Of course, the drive from wherever you are coming from down through the canyon to get to the lake is spectacular. | ||||||
