This was a fabulous trip. Very enjoyable captain and crew and great scenery. An hour and a half for only $20. This trip would be a bargain at twice that amount. I would recommend it to everyone and we will do it again the next time we are in AZ.

The captain and the mate were both fun and friendly. The music played along the way was really nice and appropriate. We saw a lot of big horn sheep with their babies. Where else can you see that? Maybe if you hiked 50 or 60 miles up in the mountains. I wish the web site had said you could rent motor boats etc., we might have done that. All in all it was wonderful weather and a good trip to do with our entire family which included a nine month old baby.

Narrating was very good. The view was spactacular. We were lucky enough to see a dozen sheep. Bring Binoculars Wish we didn't have to wait in line for boarding passess. Couldn' t they come with the purchase of tickets??.

I enjoyed the cruise. Captain Tom was great. He had a sense of humor and was very full of knowledge and facts. I would reccomend this tour.

Cruising along Canyon Lake was a perfect place to experience peaceful healing to my heart and soul. The beauty of God's magnificient creation surrounded me like a security blanket which brought much relief and comfort. By the strength of the wind I easily surrendered the past without guilt or any doubt of ever forgetting the memory of my parents. A more gentle breeze whispered a reminder - that I have the ability to feel their love wherever I may go. It will bring much pleasure to experience their love again when I return to the Dolly Steamboat. Definately Arizona's world class cruise! Thanks for the generous dose of therapy:-)
Relaxing, Informative, and Musical Narrated Nature Cruise on Canyon Lake

We were a group of 5, in our 50's. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the tour with breathtaking scenery, views of the bighorn sheep, the music that periodically floated through the air, and the informative history, background of the lake/area.

I think this trip is more for the over 40 set. I teach high school and i think my students would not appreciate the trip. If you have teenagers let them stay at the resort and relax their way-this would put them to sleep. The trip boasted of wildlife sitings and all we saw was one herd of mountain sheep. I was hoping for the bald eagle.

Four of us were on the tour including a visitor from Seattle. All were so impressed with the scenery, conditions were excellemt , staff great, they pointed out all the things we would have missed like the big horned sheep, We three have lived here a long time and always talked about it - we may very possible be back! Do you have other cruises???
