| I scheduled the dinner cruise as a surprise birthday gift for my husband. He loves the lake and was in awe when he realized what I had planned. It was perfect for us, not too many guests on board (Friday) so we had plenty room to move about. It was romantic and fulfilled the purpose I intended. The captain and workers were very customer service oriented and that is something I use to gauge anything I do. The departure of the boat was on time (or a little early to me) however, I arrived at exactly 5:30pm (last minute my child ran a fever and that chaged my plans) and the boat had already departed. The best thing was, they were looking out for us and came back to the dock to get us........everyone on the boat and at the restaurant clapped as we borded the boat. My husband spent the nigt fighting back tears because this was the best birthday he has had (or that I have ever planned). :-) We already have friends that want to go!!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!! Ps. Pie was our desert, and I don't eat pie.....so a little cake next time for me would be great!!! | ||||||

| 1. For those with food problems, it's helpful for the catering staff to know the contents of what they serve (eg, I could not have the dessert because the ingredients were unknown and there was only the one dessert). 2. It was supposed to be a buffet which to me means that there is a choice of foods. I can't each beef, so asked for two small pieces of chicken - the server was not all polite about it. 3. We were served very soon after boarding. It seems to me it would be better to be able to enjoy the scenery for a bit - while it's still light. Instead, a lot of our time to enjoy the scenery was in the dark (really hard to take pictures). 4. The captain and the gal were friendly and hospitable. The only thing in regard to the captain would be to have more narration (eg, history of and facts about the boat; greater depth of information about the area, its inhabitants, its vegetation; etc. | ||||||

| We had a good time on the boat and enjoyed having lunch at the marina. However I was not aware that buying tickets on line would cost us a extra $2.00 surcharge. You should make that clear on the site. I would buy them there anyway because it is less of a hassle. | ||||||

| The whole family enjoyed the ride. The scenery was beautiful, the boat was comfortable and the narration very informative. We sat on the upper deck in the sun and looked at all of the beauty go by while tanning. Fun. | ||||||

| This was an interesting tour but not spectactular. We didn't see much wildlife and I don't know if it was the time of day, the season, or if that is typical. We saw a couple of birds. The scenery was interesting and the day was lovely. The drive to the tour was through the mountains and very twisty. | ||||||

| The scenery was beautiful, but the ride was short. The music they play can put you to sleep and I found that most of the folks on the boat were well into their senior years. I'm a senior but prefer a younger group with more life. It's ok for the laid back but if your full of life it's too slow. Not sure it was worth the money. Wouldn't do it again. The ride to Canyon Lake was very nice though. I'd do the ride through the mountain again. Sorry, was somewhat boring for me and my guest. The boat only went 3 miles and turned around, not very far at all. | ||||||

| Even my children, 9 and 10, thought this was an extremely beautiful afternoon. The weather was PERFECT. If it is too hot, sit inside. The captain was very informative and entertaining. I'd do it again the next time I visit Phoenix! Well worth the money. I'd really like to try the dinner cruise. | ||||||

| Our first cruise was with a group of srs. and we truly enjoyed the 1pm cruise . We ate lunch in the restaurant and then took the cruise. Then my daughter and two grandchildren came in one child is 10yrs old and an avid swimmer on a swim team in Michigan he was told he and his 12 yr old sister who also is an avid swimmer, that they were required to wear those bulky orange life jackets they did not enjoy the cruise because of it both of the childrens backs were soaking wet from the hot sun and they were truly miserable they sat quiely during the entire cruise. They both looked very unhappy since they thought it was going to be wonderful..The grandson said I would be able to save myself before all those old people could save themselves and how true and he said they do not have to wear a life jacket. Then we took the dinner cruise with our other daughter , husband and 8 yr old son. Well he was told while he was sitting he could take the life jacket off but when he was up walking around he had to wear the life jacket so two different situations and the night cruise was far cooler than the middle of the sunny day. So there you have it . This will be the story I will have to pass on. Thanks again we as adults did enjoy the cruise. We did not have to wear the life jackets. | ||||||

| We all (4 of us) absolutely loved the tour. The young man at the controls and narrating was excellent. He has the perfect voice for this tour. Seating accommodations were fine. We will take our friends on the tour whenever they visit us in Arizona. (this was our third time with guests) | ||||||

| The afternoon was a great change of pace from the shopping and sightseeing done in the general Phoenix area. Nice mix for grandparents, parents and kids to enjoy. The address listed for Dolly should not be used for programming GPS. NOT THE SAME LOCATION to meet the boat.!!!!! We were not the first to end up at the wrong place using the business address. Ask for an address when booking, maybe that will help. | ||||||

| Wife, self, daughter and son-in-law very much enjoyed the cruise. Crew friendly and seating comfortable. Captain could (should?) have been a bit more knowledgeable about geology. Aquaintance with deep lake hydrology may increase his knowledge base. We all would have like to see wildlife, but noon sailing and hot weather pretty much precluded sightings. Perhaps add a morning cruise at 9:30 or 10:00? Over all, we enjoyed the cruise and would rate it 95% +. | ||||||
