1. HOUSE RULES were not followed. I suggest that a representative from the theatre personally address the audience before the show Strongly telling them NOT to eat in the theatre!!!,. Unfortubnately, there was a women rattling her bag throughout the production . Which is annoying and disrespectful to others. Maybe the representaive can periodically walk around to find offenders, or they can suggest that non- offenders can report the offenders. 2. The restrooms were not up to par. If you are having guests to your home, you will sure that your bathroom has the following ;Toilet paper, and locks on the doors. These items were missing from the Theatre. 3. I would defintely go back again because the play was very entertaining and enlightening..and I am sure the upcoming productions.are equally as good But the venue and some of the people need work.

The play transends race and contemporary generations ( 1970's to present) with a realistic peek into the lifestyle and challenges of young black men (men in general, in the mid to late 20-30 something group) who are educated professionals. They tackle the need for authentic friendships as adults, to anchor their lives in their pursuit of happiness and success. Great date play to generate discussions about relationships amongst young professionals/friends and couples. A gem of a peek into the conversations between men about their feelings and vulnerabilities in relationship between each other and women. There is some discussion of homosexuality,but it was appropriate for my teenage son who enjoyed the play as well. Written by Deb Boyce.

Excellent, a must see, just wish I had caught it earlier so that I could have taken others to see it. It is sometimes hard to get people out to see a play and this was one I'm glad I got out to see. It was really very entertaining as well as funny.

Very entertaining an a lot of fun. Kept waiting for the formulaic boring script where a secret or climax comes out right before the Intermission. Didn't happen just an enjoyable romp w/together middle age ladies. The young man for comic relief was excellent as well!

This play includes all women from every walk of life, age, and race. Although the actors are African American Women, it doesn' tell a story of our race, it tells a story of women. Lets not forget about the men who also have the challenge of determining if older women are for them. Such powerful messages, it deserves a second look. So I am going back. I usually come to all of your production and have found them all 'Excellent'. To God be the Glory!!!! I came back to see Love and Marriage with a group of my co-workers, which they are still talking about. The special $10.00 rate allowed me to treat them to night at the theater, which in turn will support more ticket sales with your next production. When you've been blessed, pass it on...... P.S. I'm very impressed with the excellent scripts and stories that our people have produced in this small setting, one set stage with excellent actors and meaningful lessons with each theme. Eagerly awaiting the next show.....!

I had friends from out-of-town visitng NYC, and it was my turn to provide food and fun. The play Love & Marriage & NYC was a great treat and my group really enjoyed it. It was too true and too funny!!! Many thanks for being available locally.

I enjoyed the show very much and the actors played their parts very well. The characters were strong especially the stock broker (female) and Theo (the cousin). The immigration status of the characters was not brought up except for the scene when the rehearsal was done in anticipation of the INS appointment. The reversal of the roles of the couples was not anticipated. The model's compassion was also strong. Would go to see it again.

I enjoyed my night out. I laughed because it was entertaining. It was a play advertised for teenagers and up. I would not have been comfortable seeing the play with a 13,14,15,16,17or 18 year old because of the sexual overtones. My teenager could see the play with his friends, not with Mommy. All the performers were great,but Mr. Nixon Cesar was excellent. I recommend this community play. Good Luck to the actors. Sheila Glover

This was an engaging play which handled a real life dillemma in an entertaining way. The play was well written and well presented, and I am very pleased to have been able to purchase the tickets at such an affordable price and then been offered a venue which I enjoyed form start to finish. My only criticism is that a cast of Caribbean born actors would have been able to deliver the storyline better and should be considered from future productions.
