It started out a bit slow for me,but caught up to speed as the story unfolded. I thought the character Lou kept me entertained, however the entire cast was excellent. Yes I would reccomend that everyone go see it.

This is a great play, I would highly recommend people to watch this play. This play is a must-see-play!

leading man has risen to the top in his employment & thinks it's necessary to have his expected wife & a woman (trophy) on the side. In so doing, each of the women finds out that he has been lying toe each of them & loses both during which time his cousin tells a few family stuff

I really liked it because it dealt with issures that are happening in the black community today and it gave some insight into the problem that parents have in trying to make a better life for there kids I plan to go back and watch it again with the kids

Performance was better than anything I'd seen on Broadway or off-Broadway for the price..! Actors were so genuine that they didn't see like they were acting at times. Play was very heartfelt and emotional at times There were also good comedic scenes and the script was well-written. I would highly recommend this play be seen by all.

It was a wonderful realistic play. It shows how men can stick together when needed. It me laugh and cry and the power of togetherness. No matter what we go through in life we have a circle of TRUE FRIENDS to be there for us, even when we are wrong and can't see straight. Sometimes people don't seems to understand that men do hurt because they try to be all macho and show their true selves, but through this play it shows that a man can hurt, cry and fall down, but they were there for each other no matter what. It also showed that men can be patient if need be. It was a wonderful play and yes I would see it again and recommend family and friends to go.

Excellent, a must see, just wish I had caught it earlier so that I could have taken others to see it. It is sometimes hard to get people out to see a play and this was one I'm glad I got out to see. It was really very entertaining as well as funny.

The Play was very good and the actors were excellent

I very much enjoyed the performance. It was older woman younger man, presented from serveral views [situations]. All around me seem to enjoy it also. I very much recommend it.

Very entertaining an a lot of fun. Kept waiting for the formulaic boring script where a secret or climax comes out right before the Intermission. Didn't happen just an enjoyable romp w/together middle age ladies. The young man for comic relief was excellent as well!

Performers were excellent. I saw Radio Golf the next day and Desire was as well done or comparable to a Bdwy play.

Good Actors..storyline could have gone deeper...but it was well done all around.

Jackie Alexander's play (which he also directed) is a comedic, but also provocative, look at hot-button issues as the light skin/dark skin dichotomy among African-Americans; the right of women to pursue their own lives on their own terms; and love, marriage, and infidelity. Alexander provides strong insight through his creation of complex characters and observant, often pungent, dialogue. His direction is also sharp, with excellent acting, particularly from Aura Vence and Nicoye Banks. This isn't exactly family entertainment, but an adult, mature look at people dealing with difficult issues. Its warmth and intelligence make it a very good evening at the theatre. NOTE: This play will end its run on March 22nd; there are a few seats left, so you'll have to hurry if you want to catch it. It's well worth rushing to the Billie Holiday Theatre to see.

This play was very good. It could do alot better at a bigger venue.
