This is a FABULOUS tour that nobody should miss. It was extra special to me since my parents were born and bred in Brooklyn and seeing where they grew up, dated, and the streets where they walked had a very special meaning to me. Tony was a gracious, warm, witty, and wonderful guide. If there is something about the borough that he doesn't know, I don't know what it could be. The pizza was divine (the best I've ever had), the sights were awesome (Brooklyn Bridge, DUMBO park, streets were many a movie was filmed, Coney Island boardwalk), etc. etc. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is don't miss this tour when in NYC. It's very, very special.

Brought back memories.Went to Brighton beach & Coney Island as a child.Very thorough tour & the pizza was great. One problem the guy behind me was on the phone constantly.I turned a few times & told him how rude he was,as I couldn't hear what Tony was saying.Phones should be shut off during tour.Certainly have enough stops to use the phone then.

We loved this tour - Tony was incredible!!! We went with our son (who is 30) and his girlfried - he lives in Brooklyn and was amazed at how much he didn't know about it. The pizza was delicious - the best we've ever had. We will recommend this tour to everyone we know who's coming to NYC and look forward to more tours in the future. THANKS TONY !!!! and happy holidays!

My husband and I highly recommend this tour as it is different, interesting and so well done. Tony is passionate about his "Brooklyn" and it shows. He loves what he does!! It's a great way to see a borough you probably wouldn't make an effort to see on your own. The history, movie scenes, and celebrety list add colour, while the Pizza adds the flavour!! Toronto, Canada

My son and I took this tour Sept 06 and loved it so much we did it again this November with my sister and his girlfriend. We all loved it. Tony is passionate and very knowledgeable about Brooklyn. He is the most gracious, accomodating host for a tour. Everything is as stated in the description and runs like clockwork. The pizza is delicous! Tony mentioned 2 upcoming tours; Christmas lights and a gangster tour. I will definately do both. There is something in this tour for everyone!

First, let me say something about the owner/founder, Tony Muia. This is a guy who was born to do this. His enthusiasm, knowledge, presentation, warmth was just overwhelming -- I felt I knew him my whole life. Being Italian from Little Italy, The Bronx, I was brought up on pizza and I will say, unequivically, the pizzas we had were the best I have ever tasted! The places we stopped, the history he gave about them, and the history of Brooklyn itself while the bus was going around, was outstanding. The slide show, the music, his funny personality -- I could go on and on -- but I think you get my drift: the tour was delicious -- both in food and knowledge. We are actually going again in April, 2008 and adding some friends. If you can ask Tony, I would love a few more brochures about the Pizza Tour to mail to my friends. Maybe someone can call me and I'll give my address. Tony: I wish you the very best! Good luck to you.

Excellent way to see Brooklyn

This was a once in a life time trip for my Mother and myself. We wanted to see as much of New York as possible. So difficult if you don't know someone. Tony was our tour guide and he was excellent. We saw more of Brooklyn then we ever thought we would. The movie clips throughout the tour were a lot of fun, made things so much more real. The pizza was AWESOME, we had spumoni at L & B that, according to my Mom was GREAT!!!!. This is a must for pizza lovers and anyone who wants to see the real Brooklyn. Thanks Zerve and thanks Tony for an excellent time.

One of the best tours I have ever been on

We took our 9 employees on an end of year trip to NYC and everyone of them said out of all the things we did (Empire State Building,Statue of Liberty and Times Square) The Slice of Brooklyn tour was their favorite. Tony provided more inside information about the places and people of Brooklyn that made it much more interesting than your average tour plus when you have a group of teenagers it sure does not hurt to have pizza to eat on top of that. I would not hesitate to recomend the Slice of Brooklyn Tour to anyone that was making a trip to NYC. Thank you Tony From the gang at the Udder Side in Jonesville, Michigan Dave Bauer

Can't see much from a bus
Mon, Nov 5, 07   11:00 AM KayeKeller Female 50-59 Domestic Tourist(s) Other
The tour was OK but the best parts are when you are not on the bus.-----the Brooklyn Bridge and Coney Island Boardwalk. The rest just goes by in a blur. The pizza places had some atmosphere but I did not think the pies were particularly great. The spumoni was great!!
