The best tour i've ever been on. I'm a local and i learned more information about brooklyn on this tour than i've ever known.Tony is a wonderful, enthusiastic, and a very knowledgable tour guide...you can tell how much he knows about and loves Brooklyn, especially Brooklyn's best pizza. The pizza was truly amazing and it was definitely the best i've ever tasted!

Went to parts of Brooklyn I've never been to, although I was born in Brooklyn! Good fun, great pizza, and a wonderful tour guide. Highly recommended!

Unexpectedly this tour was an absolute hit! Even after an evening without sleep - 2 adults and 2 teenagers remained totally captivated by the activity. It was entertaining, fun and provided a terrific historical review. I would recommend it as a must do to anyone who can find the time!

My husband and I very recently took the "A Slice of Brooklyn" tour. We had seen it on the Today Show, and decided it might be a fun thing to do as a couple. It wasn't just a fun thing to do as a couple, it is something we would recommend to anyone at any time. The sights were great, the history was interesting, and the food was AMAZING (especially at L&B Spumoni Gardens). Our tour guide, Tony, knew things about Brooklyn that were surprising, and he presented the information with ease and humor. On the way home, my husband and I actually decided it would be worth doing all over again.

I've lived in NYC for my entire adult life but never had the opportunity to try either of the restaurants on Tony's tour. Both were great, the weather was nice and it was a good group, though I was a little surprised that I was the only local. Tony is a very enthusiastic Brooklyn native and advocate for the borough, pointed out some cool, little known facts about the borough (I have to go back and re watch Saturday Nigh Fever and The French Connection to complete my geography lesson) and put on a great tour. I'd highly recommend it as a fun thing to do with a random day off or when you have relatives in town.

I thought Brooklyn was people saying dis and dat and something about the Underworld. I was in for a pleasant surprise on Tony's tour. We covered great areas, diversified and famous, and Tony was the best commentator and leader! I'd recommend this tour to my friends and neighbors.

I had a blast getting to know Brooklyn-a borough literally in my own backyard. The pizzas were the best! I would definitely go there again and I HIGHLY recommend the Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour. This tour will change your impression of Brooklyn!!!

This tour would be a fabulous introduction to Brooklyn for tourists of any kind, but as a Brooklynite myself, I felt like it was extra bang for my buck! I've been dying to go to Grimaldi's, but I've wimped out every time I think about waiting in line for it. Problem solved with this tour! Plus I got to learn about far corners of the borough I never would have had the time, inclination or means to visit otherwise. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Who knew Brooklyn had SO much to offer?

Our friends went on this tour last year, and they raved about the tour and Tony. Four of us from Jersey, signed up for "A Slice of Brroklyn Pizza Tour" on June 27, 2008. We have all been on many tours throughout America and abroad. You could not find a tour guide with more knowledge, enthusiasm, and humor than Tony Muia. The video montages that illustrated the various movie scenes that were filmed in Brooklyn really added to the visual effect. Rather than just showing the movie location, Tony provided actual movie footage of each particular site. That was really fun. We learned about the history of Brooklyn and the variety of cultures and housing. The pizza stops were excellent. We sampled Margarita and Sicilian Pizzas...yummy! Tony's enthusiasm was the best selling point of his tour. At the conclusion of his tour, our group of four got off the bus and walked back to the Brooklyn Bridge and walked over to Brookyln and back again to Manhattan. I have always wanted to walk over the bridge. I had a greater appreciation of the architecture and history of the bridge because of this tour. We took lots of pictures and shared them with many friends through e-mail, recommending this fun tour.
