| This was a brilliant day spent in Brooklyn with Tony - it felt like being showed around the neighbourhood by an old friend. The coach was limited to around 20 people, which was great as you got the chance to speak to everyone in the group. The pizza was fab, and Tony's local knowledge of the area made it a real experience. Really enjoyed seeing the movie locations along with the DVD footage that Tony prepared. We would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting New York - it even inspired us to catch the Metro out to Coney Island for a better look around!! |

| This was our first visit to NYC and to Brooklyn and we were not disappointed! My favourite film ever was Satuday Night Fever, so I was very excited when I found out that there was a tour that included some of the sites in the film. We booked via the internet from the UK and arrived at the stated time and venue. We were met by Anthony or Tony as he likes to be called and he was immediately very friendly and welcoming to everyone. We were led onto a brand new air conditioned bus with a built in "DVD Player" which he used to show us the various clips from the films that would correspond with the locations we would be visiiting . In addition we would be getting the opportunity to sample PIZZA from 2 of the best Brooklyn has to offer and yes they were excellent although I preferred Grimaldis myself! But I did try "Spumoni" icecream.
We really enjoyed the tour and having an opportunity to visit Brooklyn with a Brooklynite! who definately new his stuff!!
WELL DONE TONY!!!! |

| I enjoyed everything about this tour. Our expert guide was friendly, helpful, and well-prepared and he answered any questions we might have. The van was comfortable and provided great views. The pizza was delicious and there was plenty of it. As a solo traveler who had been walking an average of 5 miles daily for almost a week I welcomed an activity that allowed me to sit for a few hours and converse with a small group of tourists from around the country. In addition to the two pizza stops we also got out of the van to enjoy the spectacular views of Manhattan at a waterside park near Dumbo and to walk on the boardwalk of Coney Island. |

| On previous visits to New York, we had never thought of visiting Brooklyn. On our most recent trip, we were tempted by the Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour and were in no way disappointed. Tony Muia proved to be a great guide: born and raIsed in the area, he was a mine of information and anecdote; the 2 pizzas we sampled were superb and quite different from each other (the first being Neapolitan and the second Sicilian), and extremely copious. A particular joy for us was stopping in famous movie locations. Who doesn't remember the chase through the streets of New York in the French Connection? And if you couldn't quite remember it, Tony had the extract on video to remind you as you sat there in that very spot. In short, it was a fascinating day, with something for everyone. I cannot praise Tony enough; a real character with a terrific sense of humour, he is the guide you shouild have on every such trip! |

| The slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour was one of the highlights of our trip to New York. The directions were easy, the group was not too large, the coach was very comfortable and Tony, our guide, was exteremely knowledgeable and informative. The use of music and video footage of places we were visiting was particularly innovative. It was not hurried - it was a very relaxing day with lots of time to take things in. The sights were amazing, including Brooklyn Bridge, the view of Manhattan, Coney Island (riding the roller coaster was one of the most exhilirating things I have done), and of course, there were the pizzas. I can't say enough about them. They were so tasty. If you twisted my arm and asked which I preferred, I would say the Sicilian, but only by a whisker over the Neapolitan. However, don't mention Domino's to Tony otherwise he'll go off on one! Tony will also explain to you what a Kosher gym is! All in all, this is one trip I would enthusiatically recommend.
As the wife of the above commentator I heartily agree with his comments (although I didn't ride the roller coaster). Tony gave us so much background information - I felt I would never get that on a day trip on our own. Besides learning quite a bit about Brooklyn and New York State I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the group. It was great fun and certainly a highlight of our time in New York. |

| After going thru numerous companies for sightseeing around New York I came across an article about the Slice of Brooklyn tour...it sounded the best and I then went on the website and read the reviews...my mind was made up immediately...
This was such an amazing tour of sights in an area that I would have never thought to head in myself...from the time we met Tony his personality and enthusiam and knowledge made this tour especially interesting....the pizza stops were great...I can now hardly wait to come back and hopefully he can offer a tour every day as there would be no doubt in my mind that I would be on every one of his tours....We took a grayline tour the day before and it could not possibly measure up to the quality of Tony' s tour....He is made to do these!!!!
I would rate his tour above a 5star rating!!!!! Any of my future clients to New YOrk will be advised that this tour is a definite!!!!!! Brooklyn is Wonderful and Coney Island equally a must to see and ride the original wooden roller coaster!!!!!!
Thanks so much for giving us such a wonderful day!!!

| This is a must do tour.
Tony was an excellent host & guide. We really got to see what for most tourists is an undiscovered part of New York at ground level with a well structured mix of experiences.
For me, to get to Coney Island & Brighton Beach was amazing and made all the better by the way the tour ties in flim locations with actual on screen video footage whilst at those locations really brought it home.
And, to ride the Cyclone - Fantastic !!!

| We originally read about the 'Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour' in the UK press, it sounded so good we scrapped our plans to go to Turkey and came to New York instead.
Tony Muia, is passionate about pizza, that's real, mouthwatering, original, as good as it gets Italian and Sicilian pizza pie and he knows where to find the best pizza in Brooklyn! The queues outside the restaurant by 11:30am proved him right - fantastic pizza.
But this tour is about so much more than pizza. Tony is equally passionate about Brooklyn and takes you on a tour which shows you the sights and sounds of Brooklyn, including some classic film locations and the soundtrack that goes with it.
A great day in Brooklyn.

| Both my wife and I grew up in Brooklyn and are now living in Florida. We took our grand daughter on this trip to introdruce her to Brooklyn. Tony took us to places in Brooklyn we never saw when we were living there. The tour was informative and Tony was excellent in describing and explaining each area we visited. The Pizza was excellent and we would recommend this tour as a must do when you visit NY. Norm & Audrey Bush |
