I was immediately impressed with how organized it seemed, and appreciated being picked up in a central location in Manhattan. I think our guide's name was Paula. She was obviously very well-informed and enthusiastic. I loved the playing of movie clips while we drove by the movie locales. It was a rainy day and the tour was flexible enough to offer choices (instead of walking outside visiting another place). And the pizzerias were fun. I talked the tour up to anyone who asked how I liked it. I also told the concierge of my hotel, Radisson Martinique on Broadway, that I highly recommended it.

i went on this tour with my husband and my fourteen year old son and all three of us enjoyed it very much. We are all big movie buffs so seeing all the locations where movies were filmed was very interesting. Tony, our tour guide had a great personality and kept the tour very upbeat and funny. Last but not least the pizza was delicious, I was born and raised in the Bronx so I know good pizza. All in all I would highly recommend this tour.

IT WAS PIZZA-RIFIC!!!!!

I was a little wary of how good this tour would actually be to be honest. Although having now done the tour, I must highly recommend this to any person visiting New York and the surrounding areas. I am disabled, however there were no really long walks etc, however I would possibly recommend to Tony that he gets a bus with lower steps on it, as the steps on the bus did prove a struggle. I guess New York doesn't really cater for disabled people, what with its bustling non stop daily life. Now back to the tour itself .... Tony and Jimmy were great fun. Tony constantly spoke to the group at all times, and informed of places where movies had been made etc. I couldn't believe that so much had actually taken place in Brooklyn!!! My favourite pizza was in the pizzaria wher Old Blue Eyes himself (Frank Sinatra) requented. I didn't particularly like the one we had at the pizzaria where the guys from The Sopranos go. But you win some and you lose some eh? Anyway what are you waiting for people .... get on the website and book to go on this tour .... if you don't you'll only live to regret it my friends! Ciao Tony

Fun mix of pizza and sites of famous movie scenes

I was delightfully surprised when I discovered that not only was I getting a tour with pizza, but also a tour that mixed narration of the Brooklyn sites we traveled trough with cool movie clips from street corners etc that we went pass. Pizza and Brooklyn, a great feeling of nostalgia delivered by a guy that obviously loves Brooklyn, got to see where Joe Pescis character in the move Godfellas was whacked in a suburban garage, went to where Gene Hackmans character runs under the above-ground-railway in the movie The French Connection. And much more. And to finish it up, we stopped in Coney Island, walked the boardwalk, and some of us even rode the famous roller coaster that is there. It is quite bumpy so do follow Tony's advice and don't ride in the last most seat... I could feel the beautiful nostalgia even when if I myself is not even from New York. I head a great time. And Tony, the tour guide, gave us all a paper with the titles of the movies and the music played during the tour, and even if I have seen most of them before, I am sure I will watch them through again some day to return to that nice Brooklyn feeling. Thanks for the tour Tony. Markus, Sweden

We loved this tour. Tony was funny and interesting. The bus was small and clean. The pizza was delicious. Brooklyn is scenic and Tony is the perfect tour guide. Let me start off by saying Tony & Uncle Lou were AWESOME! This tour was fantastic, We have not stop talking about it. My sisters, my 1 niece & I took my mom on this tour on a VERY special day, ya see we lost our dad last year and this date would have been their 50th wedding anniversary, so the date, the place and the people needed to be PERFECT, Where else would we want to be with my mom then taking a trip down memory lane to Brooklyn. IT WAS PERFECT!! Tony could not have done a more perfect job telling us so many interesting things about Brooklyn, the BEST of New York we say, beside the information, the laughs, the FOOD, and the sites were all top notch, It was so much fun, and we know that our dad Angelo would have agreed! Everyone should come and take A slice a Brooklyn Pizza Tour with Tony & Uncle Lou, you will be so glad you did. We will be back for more!!

This was a perfect activity for a Sunday Afternoon. The Tour guide was knowledgable and the pizza was great. Only 2 Pizza stops on the trip, I was thinking there would have been a couple more.

Would recommend to anyone -- regardless of age!!!

I attended the tour in April 2009 and couldn't have been more pleased!!! It was a rainy and dreary Spring day but the tour made it wonderful regardless of the weather. Also, I was with my 2 sisters (ages 35 and 21) and my mother (nearly 60) -- and we all came back with the comments that it was great and we would recommend to anyone! However, I do recommend skipping breakfast because you will be stuffed after all of the great pizza you get to experience :o)
