A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour

Paula was our tour guide. She was so much fun! We are local and just had a blast seeing the movie sites and eating some amazing pizza!!! I brought my mother who is from Brooklyn. She had a great time seeing where she grew up and worked. I loved the scenes from French Connection, Goodfellas and of course Saturday Night Fever!!! I told so many people to do this...all local!

Paula was our tour guide and she was awesome!! So much fun and knowledgeable about Brooklyn. You can tell the family is passionate about what they do. It was a pleasure and we would highly recommend this tour.

I went on 5 tours during my stay in NY and this was the best one! The tour guide Paula was great and she made the tour so enjoyable. I will definitely book this tour again when I return.

We were in NYC for a week and took four tours, besides the other normal "stuff," If we went back to NYC for one day,"Slice of Brooklyn" would be what we would do. Tony showed so much enthusiasm and passion, you would not know he does this many times a week!!!! I was amazed that there were folks on the tour who were from Brooklyn who loved and learned. Well worth the investment in time and money..... and the pizza was outstanding. We will look into scheduling another visit to NYC to take advantage of the other tours they give..... Great job Tony!!!!!

It was amazing to see all the site and learn about the history of Brooklyn, it celebrities, it beautiful neighborhoods, Coney Island, and great Pizza. Tony did a great job, with a the humer of a true Brooklyite. I highly recommend this tour.

Having taken several tours both in New York City and other cities / countries, I can safely say this tour rates my top three. (The other tours in my Top 3 were private and therefore specifically tailored to my preference, and were of a very different nature so any further comparison is difficult.) Tony was entertaining, interesting and above all passionate about every inch of the tour. He had stories galore, answers to all our questions and his love for Brooklyn was contagious. I found myself noting down books to read, movies to watch and places of interest to return and investigate more thoroughly, like Coney Island where I plan to spend a few full days this summer to enjoy the beach & holiday atmosphere only a subway ride away from Manhattan. I've also found a fantastic pizza reataurant (I preferred L&B Spumoni) to take friends and family when they visit, to sample that delicious sauce I haven't tasted anywhere else... Tony spoke breifly about two other tours he offers (Brooklyn Neighbourhood and Brooklyn Lights) and I'm planning to take both of those, as is one of my guests - in fact she is specifically planning another trip to NYC over the Christmas period to get on the lights tour!

When I went on this tour, I got to go to two different pizza places. Both places where really nice. I recommend this tour not only for the nice pizza but because you get to know a little about brooklyn too. Our tour guide was Paula and she was really really funny and nice which made the tour even more pleasant. It was great fun and totally worth it!

Our tour guide wsa Paula and she was awesome! We got to tour brooklyn by bus and by foot. It was great that we were able to get off the bus at several locations, especially Coney Island - so much fun!. The shot locations used in several movies were pretty cool and the pizza was delicious. Grimaldi's is my new favorite pizza EVER!!! I loved this tour, as did the other 10 in my group and I would recommend it to everyone. I will do it again next time I am in New York, which I hope is very soon!!!
