Paula was our tour guide. She was fantastic. My wife and I go to NYC at least 1x per year for some R&R. This is the first time we ventured outside of Manhattan. I booked this tour and I'm glad we did. Not only was the pizza excellent; the overall tour was well worth the price of admission. I would strongly recommend this tour to anyone planning a trip to NYC. I already told my daughter and boyfriend to take this tour next time they visit the city. We plan on taking your neiborhood tour next Spring.
Keep up the good work.
Thanks,
John & Lynne Martella |

So much more than a Pizza tour. It was also a movie tour, a mob tour and a history tour. Great fun, great guide, excellent value for money and the pizza was excellent! |

My husband and I loved this tour, it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to New York. The tour guide was welcoming, funny and so informative and gave us an insight into Brooklyn that we couldnīt have got anywhere else. We loved the choice of pizza joints for their authentic atmosphere and fantastic pizza. The tour took us to places that we had wanted to go to but didnīt think weīd be able to see on our trip, and to places only a local would know. Go on this tour, itīs one of the best things to do in New York! |

This was a fantastic way to spend some time, see sights we would never have seen otherwise, and eat some great pizza. Our guide was phenomenal, and you can tell he really loves Brooklyn. I could not recommend this more highly. Well worth the money. |

We love coming to NYC and do so about 2 times a year. For the last 2 years, we have chosen to spend time in Brooklyn with Brooklynites who just happen to lead tours. First of all, Brooklyn is an amazing borough...71 square miles of fascination (see Tony, I was listening). If you are a person who wants to spend some time outside of Manhattan, Brooklyn has charms all its own...sights, food, archetecture, and history to rival any area of the City. The Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour was a wonderful way to fill our bodies with food, our heads with information, and our hearts with stories of triumph, tragedy and comedy. I'm sure those Manhattan double decker buses have a tour of Brooklyn if you are OK with learning about Brooklyn from a guy from Texas or a gal from Minnesota, but why waste your time? The Slice of Brooklyn tour is led by locals who have educated themselves on the area they call home. You just can't do better than that unless the person leading the tour has a sense of humor and a passion for where they live....and BINGO, that was also the case. Dollar for dollar it is the best money we've spent on learning and entertainment. You will have a great time and a full belly. Enough said. Thank you all. |
