A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour

This is a teriffic tour. Paula was the tour leader and she is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and considerate. You spend time at Pier One which is a lovely park along the water, then get two slices of pizza at the first pizza parlor (margheritta style), go to the second pizza parlor for two additional slices (Sicilian style) and end the tour at Coney Island where you walk around with the leader for about 1/2 hour. Paula plays many snippets of movies to parallel what you are seeing in Brooklyn. I grew up in Brooklyn and loved this tour. You get to hear Frank Sinatra too. Go, go go !!!

My adult daughter and I had a great time as this was my birthday present. Paula was knowlegable and made it a fun trip. She was always pointing something out and providing her Brooklyn perspective and sense of humor. She made the trip. We loved the Brooklyn pizza tour! We had a lovely guide: Paula, very funny. Isn't shy at all, forgettaboudit! The food is everything they promise: very good pizza, and great spumoni. Great family owned restaurant. We visited lots off spots from famous movies, Brooklyn felt familiar. Coney island (konijnen eiland in dutch), Dumbo, million dollar mansions,little Odessa: we loved it all. Great pictures Brooklyn felt like home, next time were coming to NewYork will take the offer from Paula to stay in Brooklyn in the 4*Hotel down her street. We came all the way from Holland especially for this tour (We were on our honeymoon, we met over pizza so we definitely wanted to do this tour) and it was awesome! We had given our son & his wife tickets to the Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour and they absolutely loved it. When the opportunity arose for us to take the tour ourselves, we booked it. What a hoot! Tony's cousin Paula was our tourguide and she was top notch. She was enthusiastic, well informed and lots of fun. Everything was timed perfectly. The bus was clean and comfortable. Oh, yes, the pizza was great too. We heartily recommend this tour to everyone! Suggestion: an ethnic foods tour -- with vegetarian options.

It was awesome! Pizza was amazing and Paula was a doll, very energetic and informative. Tour covered everything! We would defintly recomend anyone who goes to New York to defintly get tickets for the tour.
