| This was a terrific tour in a comfortable bus, packed full of facts and information on famous locations in Brooklyn. I particularly enjoyed the TV's that showed clips from movies that were filmed in Brooklyn shown as we were actually passing those spots.
The two pizza stops were excellent and we were treated very nicley by those two famous establishmnets.
Our guide was full of enthusiasm and fun to be with which added to the overall pleasurable experience. It was also fun to be able to get out at the two stops (Coney Island and Empire Park under the Brooklyn Bridge.)
If you have friends or family visiting from out of town I would heartily recommend this tour or even if you do as we did and get a group of friends together and go have a blast!!
One slight negative, I wish they would change the "jazz" tape that was played on the way back to Manhattan (while they were showing famous Brooklynites) to music that would be more connected with Brooklyn/New York.
I would definately take this tour again and are considering some of the others that are offered. |

| Our group (8) of local New Yorkers really enjoyed Tony and the entire tour. There was one suggestion and that was to consider switching the Spamoni Gardens with the Coney Island stops. That is, go to Coney Is first and stop at Spamoni Gardens immediately following that. This would give more time to work off and digest the Grimaldi pizza before making the second pizza stop. |

| I had been on a number of tours in New York but none of them matched the Brooklyn Pizza Tour for quality and taste. Our tour guide was as enthusiastic to teach us about Brooklyn as enthusiastic as we were to learn which made for a wonderful tour. I left Brooklyn with a full stomach and a warm heart. Thank you for an experience I shall never forget. |

| First, let me say that Grimaldi's pizza is fantastic. We didn't care for the Sicilian style as much, but if you like that type of pizza I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Essentially, Grimaldi's is thin crust and Sicilian is a softer, thicker dough. Paula is a great tour guide. She is extremely enthusiastic about her job, and it shows.
My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because there isn't much to see in Brooklyn. A few movie shots, the bridge, some big houses (no bigger than what you've seen before), a few parks, etc. Nothing mind-blowing. The best part for me was the walk down the boardwalk at Coney Island. I wish we could have spent most of our time there, and maybe take a ride or two.
Kids will probably be bored by most of the sites, and love the pizza.
Again, for us the pizza and Paula were the highlights. Everything else I probably won't be back to visit (with the exception of Coney Island). |

| Tony does a great job of interacting with the group and treats you like long lost buddies coming by the neighborhood for the first time. His enthusiasm for Brooklyn and its history makes the whole thing come alive. The pizza is great, but unfortunately you have to take the plainest pie--if you are looking for YOUR pizza, you're just gonna have to take a trip to Brooklyn yourself. We had two kids with us and it was a highlight of our New York vacation. Fuggedabout it...enjoy the pies! |

| We are a family of five (3 teens) from the UK and cannot praise this tour enough - we learnt so much and all in an informal way with great company. Suited us hugely and the Pizza, what can we say, bypassing the line at Grimaldis was a pure pleasure. How Sweet it is! This tour has been very professionally put together and includes a great running commentary together with vid clips of the Brooklyn movie scenes that are 'in time' with the drive - superb! I never knew that Brooklyn was home to so much Hollywood.
And such contrast, from Dumbo (Down under the Manhatten Bridge Overpass) very trendy, to Brooklyn Bridge Park, to Grimaldis to L&B's and then to Bay Ridge and finally to Coney Board Walk.
Wow and Golly sums this up in UK speak and I advise, if you are reading my review to book it - you will not be disappointed.

| My son and I heard about your tour on the Australian T.V. Show "Getaway". We enjoyed time touring Brooklyn and the pizzas. We couldn't get over how picturesque the borough is and we were amaised at Coney Island. It was particularly interresting to hear all the intrigue surrounding the place. I couldn't imagine anyone else running the tour than Tony. I intend to contact Chanel 9 here in Australia to thank them for publisising your tour. Contrary to Tony's quote, "Ah! Forget aboud it!" We wont. |

| We had Paula as our guide and she was very knowledgeable as well as entusiastic. The other people on the tour were also very friendly, which helped make the day more enjoyable. The stops along the way were interesting and the pizza was terrific and offered in great abundance. The historic tidbits and local background were an added bonus. The 4 1/2 hours went by very quickly - actually more quickly than I originally envisioned. My only suggestion would be to have a very basic, simple to read, map available so people could have a better understanding of where they were (and where they had been) relative to the other locations. |
