| We loved the authenticity- that the owner[leader] was a Brooklynite and so partisan. Loved seeing residentail neighborhoods and how peole lived. Going to places only LOCALS went . Moveie clips added a lot. We are telling everyone about it.It was my friends first visit to NY and this humanized NY for them. |

| When people visit New York, I feel it is so important to take a tour like this. There is so much more to see than just Manhattan. There is so much history and cultural diversity in the whole area that you really can't say you've been to New York if you haven't experienced the other boroughs. I am originally from Queens, so when my family and I come to New York we love to spend time in Manhattan and then go explore other areas. Tony is a great tour guide because he really knows Brooklyn and the pizza was wonderful (along with the spumoni). |

| We had a great time on the Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour. My husband and I went not realizing how much of Brooklyn we were actually going to see. Tony (the tour organizer) was not only a wealth of information about Brooklyn and its history, but fun movie facts about Brooklyn. And he conducted the tour with such ease and personality, it made it very fun. I would definately recommend this tour and will probably go on some of his other tours in the future!!! Best of luck Tony - I hope some day you are in one of those houses you showed us!! |

| I heard about this tour from a friend at work who raved about how fun it was. We came to New York for the theater and this tour was as good as, if not better than some of the shows we saw. Paula was informative, funny and full of energy. She was extremely considerate and concerned for our comfort at all times.
We loved the history, trivia and the unlimited Pizza was a surprise, we expected a small taste and not a pig-out (no complaints). Leftovers were offered as take-out which was another surprise.
I also want to mention that the new, clean bus was another pleasant surprise, I wasn't expecting such a nice smooth ride. The driver was great!
We liked the movie clips too.
I'm a vegetarian so I was good with the cheese only pizza, my boyfriend is a die-hard carnivore and would have liked a sausage pizza so his only suggestion is to offer a meat-lovers option.
If available on our next trip we'd take the Mafia Tour, I hope they include a treat with both veggie and meat options. This tour was a great experience! Thanks Paula! |

| Wanted to tour Brooklyn for years. Tony did a great job to make this 'dream' happen.
Tony well informed, most considerate, pleasant and fun, even enjoyed meeting his
Uncle Louie. Should definitely do the same tour with an overview of
Manhattan. |

| We were a little apprehensive about how good the pizza really could be, as we've tried pizza around the country and have had some pretty good pizza. Well, Grimaldi's and Spumoni's are at the top of the list. Grimaldi serves a neopolitan ( thin crust ) pizza that's to die for, but you won't ever taste a better thick crust pizza as light and tasty as at Spumoni's. ..It's hard to believe a pizza that thick could be so light and tasty. Top that off with their home made spumoni and the great , educational tour of Brooklyn by Tony... You couldn't ask for a better tour and dining experience to give you a true flavor of Brooklyn. |

| This is the tour to take in NYC! Tony makes this tour a must-see. His passion for and knowledge of his home town is second to none. We saw Brooklyn as it was meant to be seen--from an insider who loves it and is connected to it. Then there is the pizza -- the best we have ever tasted. Grimaldi's and L & B are the best. I highly reccomend this tour to anyone and everyone. Just do it; you won't be disappointed.
P.S. Major kudos to Danny the driver!

| I had tons of fun on Tony's Slice of Brooklyn Tour. The highlights for me were:
All the views of Manhattan and the bridges from the Brooklyn side
The fantastic pizza
The trip to Coney Island (hadn't been there since I was around 12)
The fantastic pizza
All of Tony's stories about growing up in Brooklyn
The fantastic pizza
Tony himself!
The fantastic pizza (and the delicious spumoni)!
My husband has already made a reservation to take this tour in May when he's in NYC. Please go, you'll have a great time! |

| I am a native New Yorker and live in Brooklyn. This tour has opened my eyes to see Brooklyn in a whole different light. Tony, our tour guide was a delight. He kept us entertained continuously and there was never a dull moment. He did his research and kept us well informed of all the different points of interest that we stopped at. The snipets of video was well put together and kept us entertained. You could tell that he loved what he was doing. The day we went was a sweltering 90+ day. Tony's bus was new, cleaned, air-conditioned and extremely comfortable. We never felt the heat. There were only a few stops that required us to do a bit of walking and it was no big deal. I'm not a pizza lover, but I have to say that Grimaldi's take the cake for Neopolitan-style pizza and LB Spumoni Gardens Sicilian-style pizza was absolutely delicious. But you have to try the spumoni for dessert to top off the meal. My husband loved the tour so much that we are planning to book the "Christmas LIghts" tour and "Wise-Guy" tour coming up in September. This was my first New York tour and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It didn't feel like 4-1/2 hours because it was so enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a first hand experience of Brooklyn. I got this tour as a birthday gift and I must say it was one of the best gifts I received. What a great idea! For $75 you get a tour plus a meal, what a great bargain. I'd much preferred this to a Broadway play which could range in the $100+. Keep up the good work, Tony! |
