A great tour despite the weather! Our tour guide Paula was the perfect host, informative, entertaining and always on hand to answer any questions we had.
Pizzas of course were awesome, especially Grimaldi's. Enjoyed the video clips giving a backdrop to where we headed through.
Highly recommended to all who love pizza and who like me wish to see Brooklyn in all its glory! |

A friend and I took the tour as a fun way to explore Brooklyn and enjoy pizza. The tour was both a lot of fun and educational. We laughed at the movie clips while marveling at being at the exact locations of the clips. This was an enjoyable way to combine history with food. The pizza was plentiful; more than we expected! The optional spumoni was actually our favorite food on the tour. The stop at Jacques Torres' chocolate shop was a delightful and delicious substitution for a walk in a park on a rainy day. The hot chocolate was to die for!
Our guide was enthusiastic, helpful, patient and entertaining. The time flew as we explored Brooklyn's neighborhoods.
I highly recommend this tour! |

If you're a New Yorker, the pizza which is good, will not impress you. But if you're Italian-American or wish you were, this is the tour for you! |

I would like to recommend this tour to everyone who wants to see more from New York than "only" Manhattan. It is a total different world and the picture everyone has from NY will change. I personally would have stayed longer on Coney Island.
The bus was new and the tour guide was friendly, funny and gave a lot of information and the pizza was excellent. When I will come back to NY I will join this tour again. |

This was a terrific tour in a comfortable bus, packed full of facts and information on famous locations in Brooklyn. I particularly enjoyed the TV's that showed clips from movies that were filmed in Brooklyn shown as we were actually passing those spots.
The two pizza stops were excellent and we were treated very nicley by those two famous establishmnets.
Our guide was full of enthusiasm and fun to be with which added to the overall pleasurable experience. It was also fun to be able to get out at the two stops (Coney Island and Empire Park under the Brooklyn Bridge.)
If you have friends or family visiting from out of town I would heartily recommend this tour or even if you do as we did and get a group of friends together and go have a blast!!
One slight negative, I wish they would change the "jazz" tape that was played on the way back to Manhattan (while they were showing famous Brooklynites) to music that would be more connected with Brooklyn/New York.
I would definately take this tour again and are considering some of the others that are offered. |

I heard about this tour from a friend at work who raved about how fun it was. We came to New York for the theater and this tour was as good as, if not better than some of the shows we saw. Paula was informative, funny and full of energy. She was extremely considerate and concerned for our comfort at all times.
We loved the history, trivia and the unlimited Pizza was a surprise, we expected a small taste and not a pig-out (no complaints). Leftovers were offered as take-out which was another surprise.
I also want to mention that the new, clean bus was another pleasant surprise, I wasn't expecting such a nice smooth ride. The driver was great!
We liked the movie clips too.
I'm a vegetarian so I was good with the cheese only pizza, my boyfriend is a die-hard carnivore and would have liked a sausage pizza so his only suggestion is to offer a meat-lovers option.
If available on our next trip we'd take the Mafia Tour, I hope they include a treat with both veggie and meat options. This tour was a great experience! Thanks Paula! |

It was great to taste Brooklyn pizza (both thin and deep crusts) which is so fabled! I would have liked to visit Williamsburg and eat in a Kosher deli too. Perhaps another tour that would combine one pizza place and a Jewish deli would be a good idea. I would also have liked to wander around some of the ethnic neighborhoods which would be another tour too. Brooklyn is so very interesting, our tour guide Paula was very enthusiastic, and the clips from the movies as we passed the locations were very fun to see. There is a paucity of bus tours of Brooklyn which is a real shame as there is so much to see. This pizza tour was the only game in town on a hot August day when a walking tour would have been hell. I definitely will go back to Brooklyn on my next trip to the Big Apple! Thanks for your good services. |

This tour was fun and a great way to see the sights while still being in the comfort of an air conditioned coach. Lots of facts on Brooklyn and pizza was pretty good too--maybe more of a Brooklyn tour rather than a pizza tour--overall a great time was had by all. |
