Paula was wonderful: very enthusiastic, a huge supporter of Brooklyn and great fun. The tour was very detailed, very interesting, with great local insights, took us to places more than a little "out of the way", the movie scene overplay was great fun, and especially for Saturday Nght Live fans!!!
The pizza places were great fun.
For all that, though, we're not especially in love with Brooklyn!
All the best, The FInchs |

We wanted to see some of the neighborhoods- hear some of the myths and legends- and eat some pizza and that's exactly what we got!!! Paula was absolutely great- her knowledge, enthusiasm, passion and love of Brooklyn were obvious! She is a great ambassador for the company and Brooklyn. Definitely something I've recommended to others and look forward to doing some of the other jaunts! |

We loved this tour! We were expecting to be driven around Brooklyn, told a little history about the area and eat some pizza, but the tour was so much more than that!
The bus they took us in was very nice and comfortable. The tour guide frequently asked if everyone was hot/cold/ect and adjusted the heat accordingly.
One of the best parts of the tour was the movie clips. Throughout the trip different movie clips would play on individual tv screens. These were clips from all types of movies that were shot in or featured Brooklyn. Many clips played at the same time the bus drove by the exact location where the film was shot. It was really fun to follow John Travolta's walk from the beginning of the movie 'Saturday Night Fever'.
The tour guide was born in Brooklyn and had extensive knowledge about the city. She was very animated and always had a smile.
The pizza joints were amazing and you get a lot of food at each stop.
I love that this is a family business and I would recommend this tour to everyone! |

Inflexible Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, due to my wife's illness, we were unable to attend. We were visiting NYC from Arizona. Paula and I played "phone-tag" and were unable to speak the morning of the tour. In this day and age of extreme flu, especially in winter months, a bit of courtesy and understanding would have been appreciated so that we could have re-scheduled for a future visit instead of forfeiting $150 due to our inability to attend. We were looking forward to the tour and am disappointed that we could not attend. We were unsure up to the morning of the tour of my wife's ability to travel and could not have advised any sooner.
I will not consider any tour in the future that has such rigid cancellation policies, especially in light of the current health crisis that we all have to be aware of. |

Ideal way to see and hear first hand from a local about the good the bad and the ugly of Brooklyn. Nothing like a local tour guide (Paula) to talk about the area and the accent makes it all the more genuine. Maybe a possibility to provide guests with the option of being dropped off at the Brooklyn bridge so they can walk back to Manhattan plus walk off some pizza!!! Also you could provide business cards of the 2 pizza places if guests wish to return during their stay in NYC. We went to Brooklyn again but had no idea of where L and B pizza place was. Great bus and audio as well and the magnets are on the fridge ready to recommend to anyone heading to NYC. |

We had been once before to New York (Manhattan) and had only ventured into Brooklyn via a night time bus tour of Manhattan & a very small piece of Brooklyn. Our local Australian TV channel has a show called "Getaway" and it featured your tour and it looked great so we booked immediately (Jan 2nd 2010). We had hoped to get Tony as featured on the show but we were greeted by Paula, his cousin I understand. We were not disappointed, Paula is certainly an entertainer and a real Brooklynite (despite her Californian excursion!). The tour lets you see the real Brooklyn with excellent supporting video to seamlessly blend it in, plus of course the Pizza!!
Well done guys and thanks Paula for making it a hoot. |

We had a great time. The tour guide was great. She knew her stuff and we enjoyed her point of view. The Pizza at Grimaldi's was very good, but L & B Spumoni Gardens gets my vote for the best. The views under the bridge were great and so was the NYC skyline. I would recommend that you do it in a little warmer weather. It was pretty cold the day we went. |

My wife and I went on Tony's tour about 2 years ago. We loved it so much we went again with our 3 college age kids last week. They loved it as well. You won't find a more enthusiastic guide than Tony or better pizza anywhere. |
