Interesting, informative, and delightful day

What a personal and in-depth look at Brooklyn! Tony was so engaging and full of knowledge about Brooklyn. We saw interesting sights, learned history, got a sense of the cultures and some of the neighborhoods of Brooklyn, and enjoyed the two different kinds of pizza. We booked this tour because we had read good reviews, but our experience surpassed our expectations. I think of New York as Manhattan, but seeing Brooklyn presents another side of NYC -- very interesting, with much history, but less known, at least among many who do not live in the area. I enthusiastically recommend the tour. What a great experience!

What a great introduction to Brooklyn. It is as much about Pizza as architecture, history, stage/screen trivia, and pockets of interest in and around Brooklyn. Tony is a great host and obviously loves Brooklyn and consequently some of this pride can't help but rub off on you. We had a great time on the tour and would definitely do it again when next in New York.

This is a terrific tour and an excellent way to see Brooklyn and environs. Our guide was Paula and we could not have asked for a more enthusiastic, knowledgeable and personable tour guide to show us around. Paula's friendly and genuine personality made the tour special. Her passion for Brooklyn was infectious as was her love of the pizzas. We loved all the sights and the overall atmosphere of Brooklyn. Well done Paula and we will be back!!!

We loved every minute of the tour (and my husband hates tours) - it's definitely worth doing and we have been to New York six times now. Our tour guide was great, the bus was super comfy and the food was delicious. We had plenty to eat although a few in the group complained at the first stop that they didn't get enough - some had 3 slices while some others only got to have 1). It's a must do for all ages!!

My father and I, both NYers (from Manhattan and Rockland county) took the tour because we both love great pizza and thought it would be fun to get a tour of Brooklyn as well. I was pleasantly surprised with the depth of the tour. The video clips from movies as we were going by Brooklyn landmarks were perfectly timed and fun to see. Paula was a great tourguide - she was entertaining and friendly. And of course, you can't go wrong with Grimaldis and Spumoni! We had a great day and would highly recommend the tour to anyone, NYer or tourist.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our trip, Paula our tour guide was knowledgeable, personable and a lot of fun on the trip. I thought that 4 hours was going to be a long time on this trip, however the time flew by and all of it was interesting. I would look forward to going on another trip with them

This tour was great fun. Met at Union Square and and went on bus to first stop in Brooklyn . Paula our tour guide was awesome. Funny, knowledgable and personable. My daughter and I took the tour as part of our birthday trip to NY. The pizza at both places was awesome!! We especially loved L&B Spomoni Gardens, never have had anything like that pizza. I am craving it again!! You also get to see a good part of Brooklyn. I will for sure take this tour again when we return to the Big Apple:) Thank you Slice of Brooklyn:)

Paula served as our tour guide and you would never know that she was only 25 years old with her wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm! Her energy never waned and she clearly had prepared for this tour. It was great to get the layout of Brooklyn, not having been there before, and seeing the things you have heard of and seen in movies for years. It was an entertaining way to spend the afternoon. As far as the pizza, it was very good but I would suggest not eating anything else other than the pizza. We went to a chocolate shop before pizza and had hot chocolate. That, combined with the 2 slices of thin crust pizza and then getting to the sicilian bread style pizza an hour later was too much. My only suggestion for the tour itself is the spread the pizza stops out more. It was however a fun way to spend the afternoon.
