| Heard about people in Dyker Heights really going over the top about the Christmas lights, and the story was true. It was definitely an illuminating experience in every sense of the word. The night the tour took place was relatively mild, and as a bonus, we even got to hear the church members singing carols in Bay Ridge area.
Tony was considerate enough to include the restroom stop prior to going to Dyker Heights, which was very much appreciated by several people. Because 2 people from the group went MIA in Dyker Heights, the time spent at a cafe was a bit rushed and the tour ended later than expected. If this tour was not back to back with the pizza tour earlier in the day, I would recommend it to start earlier than 7:00pm - but the logistic may be a problem. I wouldn't have minded if the pizza-to-go was included as a part of this tour with an additional fee. The timing of the tour made it a bit difficult to find a time for a bite beforehand. The Christmas tree at the Rockfeller Center is fine to look at, but this tour is something else altogether, both for the locals and the visitors. |

| This tour was the best of several Christmas lights tours my family has done. The tour director, Tony Muia, was easily the best tour guide I have ever had the pleasure of taking a tour with, and I've done little tours all round the world. He was so knowledgeable and personable, I even remember his name! The Places in Brooklyn he took us to to see the lights were amazing. I have never seen homes decorated with as much enthusiasm and next level productions anywhere! The sense of community was astounding, as Mr. Muia described how the lights were not only an aesthetic monument of beauty but also an almost tangible sense of community. I don't know if another tour guide could have conveyed that same feeling in as moving a way as Mr. Muia did. I will be coming back to take any tour he gives! |

| Loved the lights, hated the Mona Lisa Bakery. Worst, overpriced coffee in America.
Awful cakes. Incredibly bad service: some people from our tour sat at their table for the whole hour and never got served at all. |

| Whilst the lights were excellent our overall oppinion of the tour was dissapointing as
the organisation on the bus left a lot to be desired the onboard information and
entertainment was not working properly. We think the bus driver must have
been new to the job as all did not go to plan, which was obvious as Tony had to
keep telling him what to do.
The end of the eveing at Mona Lisa was awful Tony needs to look for a better
place it was drab and busy. What we ordered was not available . The stop would appear to be a waste of time( at this place)
Things were too rushed,
Tony and his mate were both very firendly tho.
For the money not worth it sorry. |

| This tour was very well organised and a great way to see the holiday lights in Brooklyn. We were lucky enought to have snow on the evening of our tour so it was very magical! Highly recommended! |

| We've been on the slice of pizza tour in April 2008, when Tony informed us about the christmas light tour. So the first thing I said to my boyfriend was "we need to came back to New York around christmas time!" and so we did.
I need to confess that at first I was a bite disapointed when we heard that Tony wasn't our gide that evening, instead Rick did the tour. Which of course was also very good and much fun!
We really enjoyed the tour and where surprised how many houses are decorated!
We had snow that day, so it was even more beautiful! |

| This was a really good tour, I recommend it to anyone. I was travelling alone but it was a really safe and friendly tour. The guides were fantastic and entertaining and the coach was comfortable and the driver was great, even navigating round the smaller streets of Brooklyn. There was some great entertainment in the coach in the form of a documentary about the Dyker Heights/Bay Ridge lights. The lights themselves when we got there were awesome. It even started snowing which added to the festive feel. After a good look round at the lights we were taken to Mona Lisa cafe so we could buy a coffee and cake. |

| The lights we saw were truly excellent, as over-the-top as I anticipated. As Greeks, we would have appreciated a stop at the Greek's home, but we had a blast. The Christmas music on the bus was an excellent touch also. They were songs that actually haven't been played to death over the years! |
