Jim Levine is a proud native Brooklynite who has been friends with Tony Muia, the creator of A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour, since the two attended high school together.
"I'm so happy to have Jim on board as the tour guide for the new Neighborhood Tour. I don't know anyone else, besides myself, who's as passionate about being from Brooklyn as he is. He played a big part in helping me create the Pizza Tour, the Christmas Lights Tour and now the Neighborhood Tour"
Jim has worked in the travel industry for many years, including eight years with Cunard Cruise Lines. Having had the experience of going on dozens of tours over the years while traveling to over 30 countries, he is now proud to be showing off his favorite location of all, Brooklyn, NY.
Jim is a licensed New York City tour guide.

Activity Description
"A Christmas Lights Tour of Brooklyn" invites New Yorkers and tourists alike to come visit the Italian-American section of Dyker Heights, made famous in 2001 PBS documentary "Dyker Lights" and most recently on TLC's "Crazy Christmas Lights."
Each year, the residents of Dyker Heights compete to have the biggest, best, and brightest Christmas decorations. In addition to over-the-top Christmas lights, there are large inflatable Christmas decorations, animatronic toys and motorized displays.
We'll visit Bay Ridge which has also become known for their Christmas lights and we'll stop by one of Brooklyn's best Italian pastry shops...Mona Lisa Pastry Shop & Cafe.

What Is Not Included?
No food or drinks are included with this tour. However, we do stop at one of the best Italian bakeries in Brooklyn, Mona Lisa Pastry Shop & Cafe, where you'll be able to sit down and purchase coffee, cappuccino, gelato, cookies and pastries. Dinner arrangements can be made for you at a restaurant in Brooklyn before the tour.
