Great introduction to Brooklyn

| One of the take-aways I look for in a tour is to figure out the places I'd like to go back to on my own. And this tour definitely presented some great places, and not only the pizza places. Our tour guide, Paula, was enthusiastic, and more importantly knowledgeable about the neighbourhoods we visited. A pleasant tour and recommended. | ||||||

| The guide was terrific: funny, informed, etc. The tour was good, weather miserable, but interesting sights. I wish we'd seen more neighborhoods, had second pizza later in the tour so time to digest first. YUM! | ||||||

| We had a great time. Would recommend this if you've never been to this area before. We had pizza near Times Square a couple of days before, just to compare, and it was definately better at the two places we went to on this tour. Tony was cool & had a lot of info to share. Got great shots of the Brooklyn Bridge, visited neighborhoods I had no idea existed & took a stroll down Coney Island. | ||||||

| We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to NYC. Out of all the things we did, the Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour was our favorite! We had a fabulous tour guide who made the whole trip fun,and the pizza was AMAZING! Next time we visit NYC we will definitely do this tour again. | ||||||

| Paula did a great job, everyone had a great time not only tasteing the great pizza but seeing the many landmarks around Brooklyn. Maybe even gained a little attitude by the time the tour was done! Highly recommend! | ||||||

| I forgot that I had booked the tour after 10 days in New York. Thanks to Paula (our tour guide) ringing me & the guys at Verve translating Paula's Brooklynese instructions to go to 'Ord Fulton' into 'Old Fulton', we were able to catch up to the tour at Grimaldis. Very pleased we did, had a great time. Paula was a terrific guide. Thanks Paula! Thanks Verve! John & Lorraine. PS Will not forget next time! | ||||||

| We loved Paula! Her enthusiasm for Brooklyn, pizza, and people made the whole tour worth it. Well, okay, the pizza was delicious too. (You'll dream about the Sicilian style!) | My friend and I did the pizza tour and LOVED it! The pizza was fantastic and I have been craving it ever since! Paula - our tour guide - absoutely made the tour the great event it was, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who just wants to get a great tour of Brooklyn - it's not just about the pizza! | ||||||

| This was our first trip to Brooklyn, but it definitely won't be our last. Paula was an engaging and enthusiastic tour guide with a lot of information about her home town. The pies are like no other...one a thin & crispy crust & the other one is thicker & melts in your mouth. I couldn't tell you which one I liked more...they were both wonderful. We will be back to try one of the other Brooklyn tours and to eat some more pie:-) Thanks for a wonderful day, Paula!!! | ||||||

| I would recommend this tour and Paula to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable 4 hour experience! I have been coming to the New York City area for the past 30 years and consider myself to be pretty knowledgeable about where to go and what to see, so the fact that I found this tour exciting says a lot! The food was fantastic! The information and commentary provided by Paula was off the charts, she is funny and obviously loves Brooklyn! I do too now that I have seen it from her point of view. If you do only one thing while you are in the New York take the slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour! Other tours well.......forgetaboutit! | ||||||
