Our tour guide, Paula, made this a really fun tour. She was friendly, bubbly, knowledgable, funny and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. If she didn't, she hid it well. She went out of her way to make sure each tourist was having a good time and were properly accommodated at both of the pizza stops. I would definitely recommend to someone who wanted a nice tour of Brooklyn with some good pie along the way. Looking forward to that possible Brooklyn Bar Tour she mentioned.... |

The Brooklyn Pizza Tour was the best, most entertaining tour we have ever taken (and we've taken a few). Punctual, fact-filled, fun, entertaining and worth every minute. Paula, our tour guide, was full of energy and knowledge of Brooklyn. This is her home and she is proud of being a Brooklynite. The movie clips were great and timely. The stroll along the Coney Island boardwalk, although windy and cool, was a good chance to stretch your legs. Now for the pizza. Amazing! The restaurants are all set up and ready for the bus group. Sorry Paula, but I did like the Margarita pizza better.
The only drawback I found was that if you wanted to take photos you can only take them thru the bus windows.
But all and all, awesome.
Be sure to take a few hours to take this historical tour. |

Paula our tour guide was wonderful, charming and hysterical! She knew the neighborhoods and gave us a great tour and history of her favorite Borough. The food was great, both restaurants had great pizza and no waiting! As soon as we arrived at the establishment, we had pizza within 5 minutes! about a 4 1/2 hour tour and it was a highlight of our trip to NYC.
Would definitely recommend! |

The tour guide was excellent. She knew so much about Brooklyn and its history. She was funny and provided lots of intersting information. The videos and music that she provided were appropriate and everyone could relate to them. The pizza was yummy and VERY plentiful. No one could say they were hungry after the tour. My friend and I purchased Tshirts on the bus. They were reasonably priced and good value. A great souvenir!!
All in all the tour was excellent. We got to walk around various sites and get lots of pictures. The guide took pictures for anyone who wanted. I can't say enough good things about our tour guide. She made the tour great. |

This tour was recommended to us by a Brooklyn native...none of us in our group knew much about this borough except the Dodgers once played there and a bridge connected it to "New York City." Everyone loved the excursion, guided skillfully by a knowledgable, iconoclastic and good humored guide named Paula. Even after a couple of pizza stops she got our attention with the "movie stop" videos...showing us the exact locations where a bunch of well known films were made in Brooklyn (perfectly coordinated with the actual footage on screens throughout the bus.) A sure sign that a venture like this is a success : everyone was smiling from start to finish. . |
