Very entertainingm and informative

We had a great time, learned a lot about the Brooklyn borough. A lot of history there. Spend most of my time in Manhattan, so it was a good thing to get off the island for a while. I'd recommend this trip to anyone. Good food - we liked the 1st pizza best, though the room was a bit crowded - not a big deal at all.

We had an incredible time. I was hesitant to spend so much money for a tour, but it was well worth it. Definitely the highlight of our vacation.

The tour guide was very engergetic and knew a lot of history on Brooklyn itself and through in fun facts. The pizza was just a bonus.

Fantastic tour of Brooklyn! Tony does an amazing job and keeps you entertained the entire time with his knowledge of Brooklyn, as well as his outgoing and fun personality. I would highly recommend this tour. Great pizza also!

Make sure you book this tour!

Where to begin? First and foremost Tony was an excellent tour guide. Was extremely informative and fun to be with! (Is he single?) No better way to see parts of Brooklyn than from a native who knows. It was apparent from the beginning to the end that Tony really researched and put together a tour from his heart. You will appreciate the time it took him to coordinate the stops, points of interests, and video provided on this tour. Secondly, the pizza at both pizza shops were out of this world. The staff at each shop were very nice and friendly also. The visit to Conely Island was a dream come true! You can actually feel the millions of people who have been through and walked the boardwalk there. Our driver was excellent also. He and Tony made this an unbelievable experience. On our next visit to NYC we will be booking any and all tours Tony is offering! The Christmas light tour of Brroklyn will be on our list along with the Mobster Tour that he is planning! No visit to NYC is complete without the Brooklyn Pizza Tour! You won't be sorry!

Brooklyn, who knew!

After seeing Tony on Today show looked like a good add on to our Manhattan vacation. He is outstanding, funny, informative, best guided tour we'd ever been on. Learned a lot about Brooklyn, great photo shots of the City and Brooklyn bridge and terrific pizza. Nice variety rather than just touring Manhattan. Next time we visit NYC will go on one of the other tours he is planning.

FANTASTIC!! A MUST for your NYC Trip...

I went to NYC to visit some friends during the holidays and while they worked I went on "A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour". It was the absolute highlight of my trip and most of my friends who have lived in NYC for years have never even been to Brooklyn so I was able to educate them when I was finished. Tony, the guide was so attentive to everyone on the tour and it was the perfect balance between learning and of course pizza! I have already reccommended it to my friends and family and would go on the tour again any day.

The best day out in Brooklyn

This was the 2nd time we've been on this tour and it was equally as brilliant as the 1st time! The tour guide, Tony, is friendly, has great knowledge to share about Brooklyn and most importantly - knows his pizza! You get to see some lovely and interesting neighbourhoods and it's great that you also see Coney Island and the famous boardwalk. The tour is relaxed, fun and very informative - brilliant for something different to do. We enjoyed the tour so much that we have already booked to do it again in May 2008. We're also hoping that the neighbourhood tour will be up and running by then - if its anything like as good as the pizza tour then Tony has another hit on his hands! Our only regret is that we were slightly too early to do the Holiday lights tour - gives us an excuse to go again next December!

I'm no longer afraid of Brooklyn

Even though I have been to Manhattan many times (twice a year for many years), I never had the courage to explore Brooklyn. We rode in a very nice bus and Tony, the own/er/guide, was great. He provided us with a glimpse of the true flavor of Brooklyn. We ate Pizza, drove through some beautiful neighborhoods, learned the history, and left feeling like Tony was a friend. The tour is not fast paced, but very informative and great for those who are looking for something "different" to do.

Worth every penny and every calorie!

My friend and I have been telling everyone about the Brooklyn Pizza Tour. It was the PERFECT thing to do on a cold, wintery day because you spend part of the time on the very comfy and cozy luxury coach interspersed with stops to eat and sightsee. I liked the Grimaldi's pizza more than any pizza I've ever tried and I really enjoyed seeing Coney Island too. Worth every penny and I would highly recommend it! Kathy

I also speak for the other 5 people in our party when I say this was best best tour we have ever been on. It was the highlight of our vacation and I recommend this tour to anyone visiting NYC. Tony is a wonderful tour-guide and his local knowledge is unsupassable. What a great guy!! He is witty and fun and his descriptions of local attractions and little anecdotes make for a wonderful day. The pizza restaurants have the most authentic and best tasting pizza we have ever had. Of course, you could go by yourself to exerience the pizza, but it is Tony the man who makes this adventure what it is. We want to wish him the very best of luck with the new and exciting tours he has lined up. We will certainly recommend Tony and his tour company to anyone we know who will travel to New York in the future and plan to revisit the Tony Experience next time we come to the Big Apple.

Our group consisted of 4 sisters and 2 sisters-in-law. Two of us lived in NYC about 15 years ago. All of the sisters and sisters-in-law have been coming up to NYC the same weekend every year for over 15 years. We always look for something new to do each year. This year we decided to try the Slice of Brooklyn tour after one sister saw it on the Today Show. It is every bit and more than the reviews incdicate. Tony makes the tour with his personal account of Brooklyn, having grown up there. Not only is it a great historical tour, but the pizza is out of this world. As good as it gets. Highly recommended - even for those who live or have lived in NY - a ton o' fun!!!
