A Slice of Brooklyn Bus Tours

My husband and sister and I took the tour on a drizzly Saturday - but the weather was no problem! We had a fabulous tour (Paula was a great guide), and the pizza was delicious! Highly recommended!

We had a great time last weekend with Tony on his tour. We were a 3 generation family with children ages 4-7 and their grandparents in our group. My father grew up in NY and was amazed by all of Tony's very detailed and thorough facts. We will definitely take another tour with him.

This tour is an absolute must. Tony, our tour guide and owner, was extremely knowledgable of the Brooklyn area and very passionate and professional during the tour. It's awesome to see the numerous movies shot in Brooklyn, as Tony shows you scenes from the movie and then you pass directly by those sites! It's so much fun. The bus is very comfortable, the pizza is great and the flow of the entire tour is nothing but FUN and INTERESTING!!! All I can say is DO IT....it's well worth your precious time and hard earned money!!!

The tour was very scenic and very informative. Our guide, Paula gave detailed and interesting information of the area and we weren't bored for a moment. I would recommend this highly, it was the first thing we did when we got to New York and provided a good view and information of the city. There were enough stops for photo opportunities without the tour being too long and we go to see enough of Brooklyn to see where we wanted to spend more time.

We saw areas of Brooklyn, which we would never have seen walking around on our own. Tony gave us a lot of informations on Brooklyn and its neighborhoods. Will do the Pizza tour next time.

Every aspect of this tour was top-notch---Tony's knowledge and personality kept us all interested and captivated! What we saw, where we walked, Junior's for lunch, the beautiful fall weather all combined for a wonderdul day!!

This is our second tour with Tony. Last year we did the pizza tour, this year the Brooklyn Neighborhood tour. His tours are fun and informational. We had a great time and are already plannng for the cannoli tour!

PAULA WAS GREAT AS A TOUR GUIDE. PERFECT PLACES TO TALK ABOUT. LIKED THE MOVIE CLIPS THAT WERE FILMED IN THE AREA!!! PIZZA WAS GOOD OF COURSE. THE 4.50 HOURS FLEW BY. WISHED WE COULD OF SPENT MORE TIME AT CONEY ISLAND......BUT THAT IS PLANNED FOR ANOTHER TOUR. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL FOR A CRISP LOOK AT BROOKLYN.

I first went on this tour about five years ago with some friends, and when planning my most recent visit with my husband, I knew we absolutely had to do this tour. I enjoyed it just as much as the first time and my husband really loved the experience. Great food, great sight-seeing, and a great tour guide. We highly recommend this wonderful experience of Brooklyn!

This was an exceedingly professional tour led by a long-time Brooklyn resident whose passion and enthusiasm were just infectious. The tour was well organized; the pizzas and stops were very interesting; the bus was clean and the sound system was great. We learned a ton about Brooklyn and its history as well as its current development and changes. The stops were frequent enough and interesting enough to prevent boredom for the teenager in our group, and the pizza stops were a lot of fun as well as delicious.

I booked this tour thinking I'd eat some good pizza but didn't realize the tour of Brooklyn would be so extensive or so interesting. I love to learn about other places so that was an unexpected bonus. Tony was amazing - what a great day!

Brooklyn is a must see, Paula makes you feel comfortable and is full of humor.

We come from Australia, and did the tour after others also loved and recommended it. Tony is an enthusiastic, knowledgable/experienced and genuine tour guide - he loves New York, Pizza, and Brooklyn, and his enthusiasm rubs off on the whole group. We were picked up in a really comfortable bus, and everyone was able to get an equal experience of the two Pizzeria's we visited (Grimaldi's and Spumoni's - spelling?). Everywhere we went Tony gave ample information, as well as some time to just enjoy the view for ourselves. I can't share enough how worthwhile this tour is - we will be doing one of Tony's other tours next time we're in NYC, and are keen to see even more of Brooklyn now! Thanks Tony.

The tour exceeded our expectations--lots of interesting facts, fun video clips of movies filmed in Brooklyn as we passed the sites, Tony was over-the-top enthusiastic, and everyone in our group enjoyed his commentary. A great way to learn and enjoy something new!

I enjoyed the tour because it was lively yet informative. Learned a lot about Brooklyn besides the great pizza. Would definately do another tour with A Slice again when I return to NY.
