| Didn't know what to expect going in but it turned out to be a good time. $150 (2 tix) is a little steep but I think it was worth it. Lots of interesting places and good pizza. | ||||||

| I was under the impression that we would visit more pizzerias but starting at Grimaldis and finishing off at L&B's was perfect. Maria was an awesome tour guide! | ||||||

| This tour was an incredibly fun and educational event. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I would definitely take the tour again! Make sure you come with an empty stomach so you can enjoy all the exceptional flavors. The bus driver, Danny, is the best…thanks for the experience. | ||||||

Really Great Tour - more about history than food.

| My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. It was unlike other food tours because you actually got to sit down and enjoy the food like you were at lunch which was nice. You get 2 peices of pizza at two of Brooklyn's well known pizzerias. It was definitely plenty of food, but the tour mainly revolves around seeing Brooklyn and learning about the burrough. You also get WONDERFUL views of the manhattan skyline and Brooklyn Bridge as well as seeing Coney Island and just a ton of knowledge about Brooklyn. We really liked that when a part of the town was a scene in a movie - they would play the movie clip so you can see the movie, and realize you're right there at the same time! I would definitely recommend this if you are interested in learning about Brooklyn and love pizza - but be aware that this is mainly about Brooklyn - and only about an hour of the tour revolves around eating and pizza! | ||||||

| The pizza was amazing. We learned a lot and saw some really cool places. I thought it might be a litle long but our guide made it really fun, we laughed all day long! | ||||||

| Loved the lights, hated the Mona Lisa Bakery. Worst, overpriced coffee in America. Awful cakes. Incredibly bad service: some people from our tour sat at their table for the whole hour and never got served at all. | ||||||

| Tony Muia is a charming young man who has a winning way with his customers, making everyone feel at home. He is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic about his subject matter, confident and able to handle the unexpected with skill and good will. Based on our experience with the Dyker Lights tour, we plan to take Tony's other tours in the not-too-distant future. Much continued success to him! | ||||||

| My family (adult children) all had a great day together enjoying both the pizza and the tour. Paula was a phenomenal guide. Although native New Yorkers, it was fun learning more interesting Brooklyn history and checking out the local movie locations. Can't wait to sign up for the gangster tour. | ||||||

| The tour itself was very interesting. We had been staying in Brooklyn for a few days, but didn't get an idea of what it was really like until we went on the tour. The pizza was good...a little too filling (four slices of pizza in like two hours time!). The only complaint was the "Hawaii-5-0" type of music that they played on the whole way back to Manhattan...something more appropriate woulda been nice. Except for that , it was great tour! | ||||||

| The Brooklyn Lights Tour was excellent! We went the last Saturday of the month and it was a perfect was to celebrate the holiday season. Tony, the tourguide, was wonderful and full of knowledge and enthusiasim, and the lights were fanatastic. We especially loved seeing the clips of old variety shows on our trip home. A great great time...thanks Tony!! | ||||||

| It was a side of Brooklyn that I had never seen before so, that was interesting. But, as a whole, the lights were just ok for me. I do not think the trip was worth $55. | ||||||

| A well organised blend of interesting information, mini-walking tours, linking places with film clips and good quality pizza. An excellent tour guide (Paula) who was not "over the top" and a quality bus driver. Overall, very good value. | ||||||

| Just came back from a whirlwind trip to New York City, including our first trip, via the Slice of Pizza Tour, to Brooklyn. I admit, I was a little skeptical, initially, about the price of this tour, but was convinced to give it a try after reading the multitudes of recommendations from other tripgoers, and watching the "Today Show" excerpt on the slice of pizza website. I can now add my own opinion to the rest, that this tour is fabulous, and the pizza was spectacular as well. Our 9-year-old seemed to think so, too, and said this tour was her favorite part of our trip to New York City, believe it or not. You get: your first introduction to Brooklyn (including Coney Island), some of the best pizza EVER (note: We WILL be going back to L&B Spumoni Garden next time around), and get taken to film locations all over Brooklyn, complete with the movie clips shown right on the bus video screens as you are driving around the sites. | ||||||
