A Slice of Brooklyn Bus Tours

This is a great tour to take during the Christmas season. Our tour guide and bus driver were both great too. We finished the evening with a sweet treat and hot chocolate. It doesn't get much more "Christmasy" than that! My husband and I would definitely take this tour again.

Tony and Jimmy presented an excellent tour. The pizza was awesome and the Coney Island Cyclone was a blast. Their knowledge was immense and we felt like we have a much better appreciation of Brooklyn!! We would definitely recommend this to everyone!

We were spending Christmas in NYC and with no Broadway shows on the evening of Christmas Eve we were looking for something to do. We found details of this tour and decided to go. What a great decision! We all loved it! The houses were beautifully decorated and much more 'classy' than we expected. The tour itself was very well run with informative hosts. All in all it was a great way to spend a Christmas Eve which we will always remember.

My wife and I had a great time on this tour. We ate two very different kinds of pizza -- and despite the differences, both were delicious. Our guide, Tony, was very knowledgeable and very outgoing. Eventhough we had been to NYC before, we had never visited Brooklyn. It was very interesting to see a different part of the city. We are very glad we finally got to Brooklyn.

Fun experience which gave a good overview of Brooklyn. The pizza tasting was enjoyable and there was a sufficient amount to eat and compare two different styles of Pizza. The guide was friendly and reasonably knowledgeable.

I was staying in Manhattan for a week but i also wanted to learn a bit about Brooklyn and see it! This was an awesome tour and Tony really makes the whole thing a lot of fun. He's very friendly, looks after you, and as he grew up and still lives in Brooklyn he has a wealth of knowledge and many stories to share. The pizza was great too! My favourite part of the tour was visiting coney island - great history there.

the tour was great. i strongly recommend it even if you're a local boy as myself. i took my boys to see these elaborate displays that i enjoyed seeing as a child growing up in brooklyn. they were amazed at the grand scale of the displays especially the home with its own radio frequency. the night was capped off with espresso and capuccino to warm up the inside. i wanted something different to do with my boys for the holidays since the radio city show has become routine. this lights tour was just what we were looking for. tony, our tour guide, was awesome. great job guys!!!!!!

this tour was great. i am brooklyn-born and raised and now live in jersey. this tour brought back many childhood memories. cruising under the "L" in dad's car for hours and stopping at L & B spumoni's for great pizza before heading home. also saw some great areas i never traveled in my own city. highly recommend this tour. our tour guide, Paula, was great and kept us interested. looking forward to the mob tour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Definitly worth a recommendation, the tour surprised me pretty much. Brooklyn was really different to what I had expected. The guide was very knowledgable and made a great fun out of it in a pretty relaxed athmosphere. The Pizzerias visited were very nice.

Tony's passion for his city is very evident in the tour and by the end of it you will become an honourly Brooklynite. The tour covers film locations and other general pieces of info you won't find on any other tour. The pizza was pretty good too. Ciao

This is by far the BEST tour in all of NYC! We knew we would be eating great pizza, but had no idea how much we would learn and thoroughly enjoy this tour. Tony was amazing. I cannot recommend this tour enough. We will go again the next time family is in town. Thank you to A Slice of Brooklyn for making our year!!!

We visit NY annually and this year wanted to make it "all about the food". This tour was wonderful as not only did we have great pizza and spumoni but history, movie tidbit trivia and just a totally well planned, well organized tour. I recommend it to everyone to try to fit into the schedule.

I love this tour. I have been on it twice and think it is one of the very best in NYC!

This tour was well worth the money. It allowed us to see parts of Brooklyn that we would have never seen on our own, and provided us with tons of movie trivia and facts that I'm not sure we could have got anywhere else. The pizza was delicious, but to me that was just icing on the cake - without the pizza it would be a great tour! Be sure to get your tickets booked in advance though - it seems to book up quickly! Don't miss this!
