A Slice of Brooklyn Bus Tours

La guía, Paula, bien informada y entusiasta. El conductor del autobús amabilísimo. La iluminación de las casas es espectacular, pero en la organización hay algo que no nos ha gustado y es que el autobús se detiene en varias ocasiones para bajar y poder hacer fotos, pero una de las veces el tiempo es de 50 minutos, y teniendo en cuenta el frío, se hace larguísimo; 10 minutos sería suficiente. En todo caso nuestro grupo de 7 personas se lleva esas preciosas imágenes de la Navidad americana en la memoria para siempre. Gracias.

Tony and his cousin Paula are so much fun and so informative. It is much more than just eating pizza. You get a comprehensive tour of Brooklyn from a real local. You even go to Coney Island. The time flies by. My boyfriend and I are from California and this was my second time on the tour (his first). He loved it. We had Paula the first time and Tony this time and both were just great. The pizzas are delicious and the bus is warm and comfortable. Highly, highly recommended. Next time, I will try one of their other tours just for variety but I will always take at least one tour with Tony and Paula! GO!

My husband and I had a great time touring the lights of beautiful Dyker Heights! The guide was terrific, we really enjoyed being able to hop on/off the bus and the classic videos complemented the experience perfectly (I haven't seen some of these since I was a kid!). What a wonderful night! Thank you for the memories

This tour was absolutely wonderful. The light displays were outstanding and the tour operators were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to everyone!

Not only were the houses completely out of this world, but the tour guide Paula was wonderful! She was a real slice of Brooklyn! It was great to be included in the Chew filming too and to meet Tony. We felt part of the family! Absolutely brilliant and the cannolis topped off a perfect evening!

Lots of fun, lots of information and really great pizza!

This was one of the highlights of my recent trip to New York. I strongly recommend this tour for any visitor to New York. Tony our guide was a blast and really knew his stuff.

The Brooklyn neighborhoods that we visited were great to see - in fact, there were many other people in cars and on foot, and we even saw other bus tours navigating the streets. Although I live in NYC, I would not have known about Dyker Heights if I hadn't seen the NYCGO newsletter. So: I'm glad that I had the experience, but think that $55 per ticket is expensive for the outing (they do throw in a candy cane and a Christmas video montage on the bus...).

This is my second tour with this company this year, I went on the pizza tour with tour guide Paula and found her to be one of the funniest informative tour guides ever.I invited a friend to join me on this trip to NY and kept saying how fabulous this would be. Can't remember the guides name but he was BORING... Didn't need to do the bus could have done it on our own. Tony get rid of this guide !!!

This is the second year in a row I've taken the tour (because a new group of friends wished to experience what I have talked so much about), and though this needn't be an annual event, it really is memorable and fun. The bus is new, beautiful and comfortable, and the atmosphere lively yet warm. My only suggestion for improvement would be a slightly better boarding point -- because until the bus shows up, standing outside a Blimpie's seems disorganized and does not properly set the stage for the upbeat activity to follow.

From the moment we met the bus until the moment we arrived back in Manhattan, fun was had by all. First rate tour and guide, fabulous over the top decorations and delicious cannoli. We go to NYC every year to see a show, shop and eat great food. This tour will be added to our itinerary each year! It really gets you into the spirit of the Christmas season.

My mom and I totally loved this tour. I mean, we love Christmas lights but this was amazing. It´s incredible what people do with these houses, they are so beautiful. It was a lovely tour we would definitely take again. Thanks to the tour guide Tony and his sister, they made everything better. And of course I LOVED the cannoli...

Even though we have a car I think having some drive the 1st time was helpful so we knew exactly where the houses were. We made 3 different stops so trying to find parking on your own may have been difficult depending on which night you go. Tony, the guide, was very nice and provided a lot of information. The lights were a lot of fun to look at and I liked the fact they played xmas music on the bus. The cannoli's at the end were very good but the drinks (cappuccino and hot chocolate were the two options) were extremely watered down which was disappointing.

Tony was a great guide and one could see how much he enjoyed what he was pointing out. We really enjoyed the lights, the descriptions and the company.
