Extended Memphis Mojo Tour

Both informative and entertaining -- enthusiastic tour guide sang, played and talked throughout a 1 1/2 hour tour of the downtown Memphis area. Fellow tourists joined in providing a little rhythm in a way that didn't make anybody uncomfortable. We tagged on a guided tour of Sun Studio - well worth it if you have the extra time.

This was a wonderful way to see and learn about the city and history of Memphis. Our guide was a treat and she made it so much fun by playing songs related to the artists we were talking about at the time. She really did a terrific job! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Memphis. Well worth the cost!

With BRANDON leading us around, this is probably the best city tour in the USA .. .. We hit all the major sights with BRANDON crooning the great music that has passed through Memphis .. .. And, do yourself a favor and book the SUN STUDIO TOUR as well and stand in the footsteps of the greats .. ..

We very much enjoyed the tour but the bus was delayed over an hour. It was early in the season so I hope that is not a regular thing and they did give us a discount on out tickets for the long wait. Even with the delay, the staff was friendly and gratuitous. We had to shuffle our plans to accommodate the delay so plan accordingly.

The tour was awesome! My boyfriend and I were in town to visit Graceland and to celebrate his 50th birthday. I wanted something informative as well as fun. This tour delivered!! The tour guide was very personable and very knowledgeable and a great singer! He sang Happy Birthday and the whole bus joined in. Very memorable. I definitely recommend it if you are visiting Memphis!! 4 stars!!

Tour was very good with a good musician singing appropriate Memphis music along the way. Stop at Sun Studios was a bit long waiting for the inside tour but was still good. Rest of tour also provided good tour of Memphis.

I learned so much about Memphis and how instrumental it was for the early recordings of the 50's and 60's. The tour is a MUST for music fans of that era. My favorite moment at Sun Studio was standing in the very spot where Elvis recorded, holding the very same microphone that he used. Wow! What an eerie feeling.

We enjoyed the tour and the tour guide was very informative and knowledgable. Music was great and we were able to interact and join in.

We took the extended tour. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed it and loved our tour guide. She has a wonderful voice and sang great songs as we toured. She really knows the history of Memphis and the history of the music. It is really a great tour and I highly recommend it. It was just the right amount of time and I learned things I never knew about the City and the music.
