I had been on the Mojo tour two years ago with my sister and enjoyed it so much that I came back with my husband to take it again. We both loved it. The young lady that was our tour guide was very informative, funny, and talented. I actually learned some new things. Absolutely one of the most fun and interesting things to do in Memphis!

My adult daughter and I took this tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a great intro to Memphis as well as getting to Sun Studios. I re-lived some history and she learned some. Love the music guides who attach the music to the history.

Best tour I've been on

The young lady who was the tour guide was very personable. She had a lot of knowledge about the spots that we visited and was enthusiastic about the town. She sang songs about each spot we were at and got the whole bus involved in singing and playing instruments. She acted as though she was a friend taking us around the town and not like a tour guide who had done it many times before. The tour at Sun Studios was done by a young man who loved his job. He also was enthusiastic about what he was talking about and showing us the studio. We did not feel rushed even though there was a tour every half hour. There was plenty of time for everyone who wanted a picture with the microphone that Elvis used to have taken. The tour was about all of Memphis and the different types of music developed there and the historical aspects and not just Elvis.

My wife and I enjoyed the new bus and our talented musician host. Great stop at Sun Studio to learn more about the Memphis music era. The bus took us by several Memphis locations and the host did a great job entertaining along the route. Would recommend this tour.

Nancy Apple not only sings and plays but provides a wealth of fun and interesting background information about Memphis and its role in the development and evolution of American R and B and Rock and Roll. Without the tour we would have thought Memphis a much less significant place. If you miss this tour you may well miss the point about Memphis.
