Fun tour to take, especially around Halloween

| Our tour guide was really great at her job. She made us laugh and in general feel comfortable. I went on the tour by myself, as I was in town for business and felt very comfortable with my group. I would recommend it. |

| We went a group of friends, all of us with our spouses. We are all grad students in Memphis and thought this would be a fun activity on Halloween. We were disappointed that we did not go in any of the buildings except for one restaurant. We also thought the guide would be dressed up for Halloween and be a little scarier. He was funny, but there wasn't anything scary about the tour. It was fun to see the city, but definitely not worth the price |

| The ghost tour was excellent! Our guide Jessica was very enthusiatic and knowledgable. I thought that I knew a lot about Memphis Architecture and history, but she told us stuff that I had never heard before. It is a well planned and well researched tour that I would recommend to locals and visitors alike. |

| We enjoyed the walking tour. it showed us parts of memphis we would have never seen. our tour guide, Jessica, was very friendly and informative. As far as ghosts go, we didn't see any, but it was still fun. |

| Great idea and wonderful guide; only very VERY thin material. That's the only suggestion - make the stories more varied, with more details, more history and such. Do some research!!!! While it is understandable that given the nature of the topic, nothing "cite-specific" can be added - but spice it up with stories of other kinds, from different places, books, shows... All and all, not really worth the money or time... |

| This was a good tour. the Guide was energetic and knew a great deal about the history of the haunted locations. It would have been nice to have gone inside some of these locations but I understand that this is out of their control. I was suprised to find out that many of the businesses did not want to be asociated with a ghost tour or have any of their guests or customers have any knowledge that anything supernatural may occur to them. |

| I have been on a few "Haunted Tours" in different cities around the south. At this point in time, I expect a little more. Don't get me wrong, we liked our guide and our tour, but wish it had been a little more "special".
For one thing, it wasn't a latern lit tour. Your guide really needs some way to have the group keep up with them in the walking parts - some sort of flag or light of some sort would help.
I was expecting a little more in the way of involved stories. I think our guide was a little too afraid of ghosts to really get into it. She was nice, but made it feel a little cheesey.
The tour also need some cohesiveness...not really a storyline or plot, but something that would hold it all together.
We had fun though!! |
