| Our guide really got us in the mood for Graceland. He was nice, energetic, and knew a lot of information. The pre-Graceland arrival on the bus could have been longer, perhaps more of a tour of Memphis. But, I'm glad we went with this tour with a little extra umph rather than just picking up a free shuttle. |

| Everyone from Backbeat Tours is fantastic and friendly. Memphis Jones was our tour guide. He was great! He was very knowledgeable and engaging. He sounded great and got everyone in the mood with some Elvis music and little known trivia. I would highly recommend. We also took the Hound Dog tour which was great because we got to spend even more time with Memphis Jones! |

| My friend and I took the Backbeat Tour through Memphis to Graceland. The bus was filled with music, song, and antidotes from Memphis and Elvis' life in Tennessee. We joined in the music with easy to play instruments and sang along with the songs we recognized. It was entertaining and informative.
It was a little confusing when we got to the visitors' drop off point as to what venues were available and because of that my friend missed going to see Graceland Estate and grounds.
Overall we had a great visit for 4+ hours at a reasonable charge.
I recommend going to Graceland and using Backbeat to get you in the mood and to the venues. |

| we had such a great day, the musician on the bus was very entertaining and he gave lots of information about our tour and was very helpful with any questions that we had. The tour was very good value for money and we would reccomend it to others. We were dropped off at graceland and given plenty of time to look around and given good advice about what to look at first to save time later. |

| The tour was informative,entertaining and fun
the tour guide (Memphis Jones) got us started off with a number of Elvis songs
made the trip to Graceland enjoyable.
