| I booked the trip on line from the UK,,arrived and everything was fine....thought the trip out was fantastic enjoyed the entertainment, very informative and enthusiastic information given....enjoyed the trip ...however only two minor grips....our trip was on a saturday afternoon the place was busy...3hrs is not enough time i felt we were rushed and missed one attraction as we couldnt find it....In the foyer we found on our way out site maps telling us where to go...I fell the operatorsof the tour would do well to issue these as passengers get off the bus....an extra houe would be ideal.... |

| BackBeat tours did a splendid job in providing top notch amusememt, education and enjoyment. From the friendly and talented performers to the 1960 era city bus, Backbeat tours truly delivers a top notch rating. The singers on the bus delivered great Elvis inspired songs and great knowledge of various performers who got their start in Memphis. I truly recommend Backbeat Tours for anyone who want to experience Elvis and Memphis and not to mention Graceland. It was phenomenal. Sincerely, Todd |

| The bus is unique, comfortable, left on time and a great way to travel to Graceland. The highlight of the entire trip might be getting to spend time with "Memphis Jones" who is as talented as he is fun!
Overall a wonderful experience and one I would recommend to anyone I know travelling to the area. The only small criticism I might have is that the bus was rather late picking us up at the end of the tour and it was quite cold waiting outside at the pick up point. |

| we had such a great day, the musician on the bus was very entertaining and he gave lots of information about our tour and was very helpful with any questions that we had. The tour was very good value for money and we would reccomend it to others. We were dropped off at graceland and given plenty of time to look around and given good advice about what to look at first to save time later. |

Memphis Jones made the tour fun as well as informative.
I wanted to go on one of your other tours as well but time didn't permit it.

| My niece and I were very pleased with the bus ride and tour. The guide was very entertaining and knowledgable.
I'm not sure why but the bus picking us up at Graceland was almost 30 minutes late. It may have been the construction on the roads, but I'm not sure. |

| I fully enjoyed the tour that Backbeat Tours provides to Graceland. I knew that if we had gone to Graceland on our own, it would have cost considerably more to park, take the tour and eat while we were there. The tour guide not only made the bus ride over to Graceland from Beale Street enjoyable, but we all sang and played instruments as his personal rhythm section...WHAT FUN!
I would recommend Backbeat Tours to anyone visiting Memphis. |

| It was interesting to see how Elvis lived. I was disappointed that the tour didn't allow anyone upstairs of the mansion. However, I understood why.
Overall it was a good tour. If you are in Memphis without a car, this is a great way to see the mansion. |
