If your a music fan, Memphis music that is, this is the tour for you. It's a great history of Memphis music, gospel, blues, rock n roll. If you want a history of the city of Memphis then go read a book. |

Memphis Jones was the passionate guitar-playing, history spewing, crazy funny, good-smelling musician that accompanied us on our non-traditional bus tour of Memphis. He told us things we would never have known except for his extensive knowledge of local history. He sang, told corny jokes and smelled good, too! We are so glad we chose this for our one tour of Memphis! Bus was AC and comfy, bring your tall beer or margarita, tambourines and settle in for a fun time! |

Fun Tour / Spend Equal Time at Stax and Sun

The tour was fun and informative . Our guide was very energetic and kept us laughing. While I know the tour mainly highlights artist from Sun Studios , especially Elvis, it was very nice that the tour guide tried to provide an equal amount of information of the Stax artist. Although it was not a scheduled part of the tour, he allowed the passengers to visit the Stax Musuem gift shop. Kudos to the tour guide. They should consider always spending an equal amount of time at both studios. The tourists are from diverse backgrounds and love music, not just Sun Studio artists. |

Our guide was Stunning Cunning lead singer & guitar player - very talented.
Interesting Memphis sights (i.e. where Elvis lived, etc) that we would not have found on our own. |

Enjoyed the tour, not what we expected - the music was very good and the info was interesting.
As promoted it was a music history of Nashville, would have liked more details of landmarks but
as it was very interesting about the background of the music and how it shaped the city. |

A friend at work recommended this tour to me after I mentioned that my husband and I were going on a weekend trip to Memphis. Our tour guide was Memphis Jones. What a great entertainer and musician! Wow. Absolutely amazing! Loved, loved, loved this tour! You can not go to Memphis without doing this tour. |
