Loved it...the tour guide guy was great...and love the bus. I do wish that they would add time to tour the Stax Museum just like they do for Sun Studio. |

MJ (Memphis Jones) is the tour. His wealth of music knowledge as well as his comedic personality was worth every dime!!! The time went so fast, would have loved an extra half hour. |

Then take this tour. My husband and I were skeptical of taking a bus tour. Boy, were we surprised. The young man, Jake, is very knowledgable of the local history. Everyone thinks of Memphis and they think of ELVIS. We learned alot more than Elvis on our trip. We are already planning to go back to Memphis and see the things that we didn't have time to elaborate on. Thanks a million |

The Backbeat Tour was an entertaining way to hear about the music history of Memphis. The tour guide was engaging, funny, and knowledgeable. Since we had visited the Stax Museum, Sun Studio, and Rock and Soul Museum the day before our tour, the information was not new to us...it was simply presented in a different way. I also expected to hear more about the history of the city, beyond its musical roots, but the focus was clearly on Memphis' musical history. I would recommend this tour as a good introduction to the City's musical history. |

I enjoyed this tour more than I can express! So much fun and our tour guide, can't remember her name but it began with a K, was so knowledgeable and so much fun. I can't recommend this tour enough. |
